I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to American Village and very close to the beach. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided great service. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. The only downsides were a slightly strange smell in the room and the fact that rooms facing the road could be noisy due to passing traffic.

Facilities: The hotel offers coin-operated washing machines (300 JPY per wash), but thankfully, the dryer is free. Perhaps due to its seaside location, the hotel corridors and room corridors are just bare concrete, with no decoration. Cleanliness: The room has a wet/dry separation, and the shower area is great – spacious with a unique showerhead. Environment: It's very close to the sea, so you can go for a swim anytime. It's also near American Village, making it convenient for both dining and beach activities. Service: At check-in, the front desk informed us that housekeeping is only provided for guests staying 3 nights or more consecutively. They also don't change trash bags during your stay unless you specifically ask for them. For example, I had to ask the front desk for three bottles of mineral water on my second day. Overall, the service wasn't overly enthusiastic, but it wasn't bad either. Summary: The price isn't particularly cheap, but I was quite satisfied with the three beds, which were large enough for us with kids, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room lighting is a bit dim at night. Four stars for the sea view.

The bedroom window on a clear day was like a painting. The hotel's courtyard is exceptionally beautiful, and there's a secluded beach behind the hotel that's almost empty, offering a private experience. It was a really great stay, and they also have a heated pool for swimming. (Swimsuits are a bit pricey, so I recommend bringing your own.)

You have to go outside to enjoy the hot springs and breakfast. Whether you accept that this is the way things are in resort areas or find it a bit inconvenient is up to you. I prefer hot springs to be located inside the building where you're staying. There were three coin laundry machines at the hot spring resort, but the circuit breaker for the middle washing machine had tripped. So when I went to pick it up when it was finished, it wasn't finished, so I ended up going to the laundromat four times.

The hotel is a bit far from the sea, so don't expect much of a view from the room. The view from the pool isn't great either; since the sea is distant, you mostly see residential buildings. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, but it seemed understaffed. The reception was sometimes unattended, and there were times when we wanted to order but couldn't find any staff. For the breakfast buffet, I ordered Okinawan dishes, but they didn't have any unique Okinawan specialties like mozuku or jimami tofu.

The cleanest hotel I've stayed in my whole life and I'm not even exaggerating. The place is spanking clean and even the shampoo and soap smells so good. Staff are very polite and helpful, and they even helped to call my taxi to the airport when I didn't manage to get one on Uber and GO. Walking distance to Chatan Beach, American Village and Family Mart. There's a washer/dryer in the building too for 300 yen.

Stayed for 2 days. Overall, everything was good. It's beautiful, close to the beach and the American village. I found people to socialize with. However, sleeping was a bit difficult as some people snored so loudly it was hard to fall asleep.

Grand Mercure Okinawa Zanpa Beach truly impressed us with its spacious, comfortable rooms and stunning ocean views. The well-equipped swimming pool and other facilities make it an ideal choice for family trips. The friendly and attentive staff further enhanced our stay, making it a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Hello! This is the best hotel in my life, because it is spacious, very clean, and most importantly, has a beautiful sea view. We stayed in a large room. Despite the high humidity, there was a dehumidifier and an air conditioner, which created an excellent microclimate. The room hygiene was amazing — they cleaned every other day. The room had everything we needed (except for an iron, but that’s a minor detail). We had a room with a sea view. The sea was visible not only from the balcony but also from the bathroom. That was simply amazing. We had breakfast at the hotel. The price was justified. Everything was very tasty, with a large variety. We went to a neighboring beach for swimming, but sometimes we also swam near the hotel. Yomitan is a very quiet place, without unnecessary noise. Necessary shops are nearby. It’s a pity that many places close early, but again, that’s a minor issue. We didn’t have a car, but we managed — we took the bus. A couple of times we went to the American Village. It took about 30–40 minutes. We also took a tour around the island, including the aquarium. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you very much for your hospitality! We hope to come back.
