Hotels with Breakfast in Fukuyama

Stopped for a night here during our roadtrip and we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is a traditional ryokan and the lobby is nicely decorated with some really old furniture. Breakfast is delicious with local fish and ingredients, I wish we had order dinner the night before.

It was cold, so I went to sleep with the air conditioner on, but it seems that if you ask for a blanket, they will lend one to you free of charge. There were no problems or issues.

この宿泊施設が、どのような運営になっているのか説明してくださり、町の人たちで運営されていることを知って、とても親しみが湧きました。 食事はついていませんでしたが、元日でも対応されている近くのカフェを予約してくださり、イタリアンのコースをいただくことができました。 古民家をリノベーションした宿泊場所は、ワンフロアを広く贅沢に使うことができて、とても居心地がよかったです。 時間があるときに、町全体の雰囲気をゆっくり味わいに、また来たいなと思いました。

The breakfast buffet had sea bream rice chazuke, which I thought was ingenious, and of course it was delicious. I was able to start the morning feeling rich and had a good day. I have relatives nearby, so I stayed overnight in Fukuyama City, which was a good starting point for Onomichi - Shimanami - Imabari - Takamatsu Castle. I don't have any photos of Fukuyama, so I'll post a photo of Takamatsu Castle.

The location is great, not far from Fukuyama Station. The front desk staff were very attentive. The rooms were spacious, and you could even choose your own pillow. There was a large public bath available. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and filling. Overall, it was fantastic! I would definitely book this hotel again next time~~~ I highly recommend it!!!

Easy walking to the hotel from Fukuyama station. The Castle near the station can be easily accessed by walking ( not too tough for me who has a knee issue). I could see Toyoko Inn at the top of the Castle ground.Also the cathedral.

An amusing , exotic hotel . Not necessarily central but a funny experience. Breakfast in the room !

Although the shower is public, it is very convenient to have a separate toilet.

It's farther away from the station because there is a parking lot, but the open-air rooftop bath is amazing. There is also a small sauna, and it was great to enjoy the night view from the large public bath while feeling the dawn.

Very good, it is an adult hotel, free breakfast. Parking is available downstairs. However, it is an adult hotel. After entering, there is a vending machine-like thing to pay for, and no one can contact the accommodation throughout the whole process. Need breakfast to call
