This hotel was introduced by a friend. I was a little worried when I saw the reviews of only 4.0 points, but it was beyond my expectations. First of all, the hotel is in a good location, just behind the Shirabeki Falls. All the photos of Shirabeki Falls are taken with it as the background (in the red frame of Figure 1). It takes two minutes to walk to the Internet celebrity bridge. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is still clean and sanitary. The front desk and restaurant waiters are very good. The hotel includes dinner and breakfast, which are all buffets with good variety and taste. The room is a Japanese-style room with tatami. When we came back from dinner, the waiter made the bed. It was a good experience. The three of us slept very spaciously. The hotel has its own hot spring on the first floor. Guests are free to soak, and the hot spring is open all night. There are two indoor pools and one outdoor pool, which are not big. The outdoor hot spring can see the Internet celebrity bridge. It is estimated that people on the bridge can see you streaking with high-powered telescopes when the weather is good. This time I mainly took the children to play in the snow. The snow on the mountain was very heavy in the two days. You can play in the snow when you leave the hotel. It is very suitable for parent-child leisure travel. The hotel also arranges a free car to take guests to visit the Clear Pond at night. Although there is nothing to see in the Clear Pond, it is still a good time to check in. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus from Asahikawa and Biei Station. You need to make an appointment one day in advance. I asked the Ctrip hotel butler to make an appointment. There are two buses to the hotel at Asahikawa Station at 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, and there is only one bus leaving the hotel at 9:40 am.

There is a shuttle bus to and from the tourist spots, and it was a relaxing stay even though it was only one night. We had three meals. All were delicious. The staff were very kind. The facilities and rooms were a bit plain, but they were clean and quiet. Maybe it was because of the temperature, but the hot spring was the hottest I've ever been in my life. I couldn't stand it, so I went in for a warm bath, but it was lukewarm. I'll stay here again in the summer and climb Mt. Tokachi.

The scenery outside the window is very good. You can see Rizhao Jinshan (Mount Biei and Mt. Tokachi at sunset) from the room. The facilities are not bad except for the old bathroom. Breakfast and dinner for three people (a very common banquet meal) only costs 1,000 RMB. It also includes free pick-up and drop-off from Asahikawa Station and free pick-up and drop-off from Aoike in the evening. It is very cost-effective. The waiters also answered all questions and were eager to help. The most special experience was soaking in an open-air hot spring in the heavy snow the next morning, just like the Hokkaido macaques

The room is a bit old without air conditioning, the door can be opened and the fan can be used to attract the air-conditioning in the hall, the tatami and the pillow are old, but the proprietress is very friendly, and the dinner is very good value for 200 yen.

A homestay run by the two couples is clean and tidy. The room has a bathroom, but the bath has to go to the first floor. The Western breakfast is good. It is about 3 kilometers away from Meiyi Station. After arriving at Meiyi Station, call the landlord and the landlord will come to pick it up; it will be delivered to the station when you leave. Very good experience, recommended.

It is a B&B run by ********* and speaks Chinese. Dinner and breakfast are charged separately. Dinner is 4,500 yen and breakfast is 1,500 yen. I went there once in autumn and winter, and the food has not changed. If you are staying consecutively or going there for the second time, it is recommended to inform the owner in advance, and they will update some dishes for you. The room is a bit old and the public bathroom on the first floor is not open. If you have a car at night, it’s very convenient to go to Shinei-no-oka to watch the stars!

The hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.

Just beside the Ken&Mary tree, walk to the Meilong Station for 30 minutes, take a taxi for 970 yen, and also fight for the first stop on the road. Staying for two days, the first day happened to have a navel offering in Furano, so I rushed to Furano. After the event, I took the last JR car back to the United States. Before the departure, ask the landlord about how to call a taxi at night. The landlord told us that if there is no car, you can call Mr. Fang to drive to pick up. Unexpectedly, after leaving the station at night, there are still many taxis waiting outside the station, which is very pleasant. On the last day, take a taxi to Asahikawa Airport and the fare is 3,130 yen, which is acceptable.
