"During my stay in June 2026, the hotel is about 80% completed. Please understand that the hotel is doing their best to provide a comfortable experience. Most of the facilities are up and running and I am pleasant with the maintenance of the place.
Kak Widya helped me a lot during my stay. I always look for her and she understands my needs as a tourist and always follows up with me. She is polite, helpful and professional. This experience made my stay very meaningful and well supported.❤️

1. All staff are friendly and alert. Service is really like 5 star hotel staff
2. The largest room size in all of Tretes, especially if you get a connecting room
3. Luxurious interior
4. At night, order food at Welirang restaurant, it tastes great!
5. The location is suitable for healing
Minuses:
1. The room floor is dusty, the amnesty is incomplete
2. The adult swimming pool is very dirty, my baby was swimming there, and after swimming he immediately got itchy
3. The taste of the food at breakfast is not as good as when ordered personally

GGuest UserWe were really looking forward to this short getaway. The check-in process was flawless, staffs were friendly & helpful. We booked the 2 bedroom Villa & it was very nice! Unfortunately, the fridge & hot water dispenser were broken. The hot/cold water mixer in the bathroom could not be set right, so it was either burning hot or freezing cold. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. There were 3 different menus to order from, with the exact same dish, but different prices. It was a bit confusing. We ordered a few dishes and some dishes were forgotten as the chefs were not coordinating well. There were shouts & scolds between the staffs & it was unpleasant to the restaurant guests. Other than that, we tried the hotel activities (with extra costs per person) and it was alright. I think the kids love it. I think the hotel HR has a lot of work to do...

PPoedjiastutieDwiIt is not like before when I stayed the first time in this place. They offer a lot of fun activities like buggy car rides, enjoying gelato, and swimming. But this time no more buggy car, no more gelato. The swimming pool is still okay, but due to the rainy season, we stay away from doing it. Not many activities we can do. I stroll along in the morning. The security was approaching us, not allowing us to walk on the pathway. They told us that the golfers will start to use that area. So what the hell am I doing here in the resort? What makes our stay inconvenient is mosquitoes in my room.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a very strategic location, the price is very affordable, with adequate facilities. Cleanliness also gets a thumbs up. Comfortable, quiet, surrounded by gardens and a balcony with a good view, safe and comfortable. Hats off for synergy
