They can also help you book a Bromo sunrise tour by private car for 800,000 Indonesian Rupiah. The service is great, and the Jeep even has a name tag.
There's a 24-hour front desk. Ctrip says there's no one at the front desk after 11 pm, but don't worry, they'll wait once you've booked."

Large resort-type hotel. One of the best in the area. Breakfast buffet, varied. Large territory. From the windows of the superior room there is a gorgeous view of the valley and Mount Penangunan.
The room is large, clean. There is no safe, but there is a locker with a key. You can stay for a few days to explore the surroundings and relax.

Chrysant Nia ABThe staff greeted us warmly. Both the restaurant food and the hotel breakfast were delicious! 😍 Since we weren't staying on a weekend, breakfast wasn't a buffet. This place is great for those traveling with children. There's a playground and swimming pools for both kids (currently under renovation) and adults. There are also many Instagrammable photo spots! From the outside, the building looks like an older hotel, but the interior is quite modern.
Downsides:
1. The road leading to the hotel is very steep, so make sure your vehicle is prepared. 😊
2. The hot water in the room wasn't as hot as it could be in the mornings (though it was fine in the late afternoon and evening). Perhaps it's because the mountain water is so cold that it's hard to get it really hot.
Overall, we were very satisfied! Thank you, Inna Tretes. We hope to visit again someday with our children! 😍

I've become a regular on family vacations. I want to see green views and cool air. You can also have breakfast in your room without having to go to the restaurant. You can choose the menu, don't be stingy... But because this is an old hotel there are some problems in the bathroom

Guest UserThe room was very spacious, which is becoming quite rare these days. The hotel also has a large garden with lots of greenery, making it peaceful and relaxing. The fresh mountain air was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The property feels like an older hotel that is gradually being renovated. We booked three rooms, and while room 220 looked much better maintained, room 230 (the mountain view room at the end of the building) had visible mold on parts of the ceiling. The staff were kind enough to offer us another room, which we appreciated. However, mold is something that really needs attention, as it can affect guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities.
Another area for improvement is the towels and bath mats, which looked quite worn and should be replaced for better hygiene.
Overall, the hotel has great potential with its spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful garden. With better maintenance, especially addressing the mold issue and replacing old linens, it could become an even more enjoyable place to stay.
