"Great priced hotel adjacent to a large park. Only a few minutes walk from Piraeus Port Gates 7, 8 & 9 and Metro into Athens and airport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, harbour and only 10 minute walk to beach.
Room very clean, bathroom modern and decor tasteful with soft furnishings and fittings all coordinated. Air-conditioning great and mini fridge actually cold. Towels and toiletries provided too. Yes the wardrobes and furniture a bit dated but have been painted to give more contemporary feel and everything matches, even the scatter cushions and curtains. Added bonus was lovely balcony overlooking the park. The staff too - front of house, cleaners, waiting staff all smiley and helpful.
Seriously, for the price including a light continental breakfast you can't go wrong. We would highly recommend for a night or 2 stay before and after island hopping. Will definitely return.

We chose a hotel near the Athens port for our cruise. Both this hotel and the one across the street are very new, with comfortable facilities and decor. However, check-in for all guests was delayed by nearly half an hour at 3 PM because the rooms weren't ready yet!
It's conveniently located near the metro and train station, making it easy to get into central Athens. There's a Greek BBQ restaurant nearby with delicious grilled meat, tasty flatbread, and a great tomato, cucumber, and yogurt salad, all at a fair price. The only downside is that the surrounding alleyways are a bit dirty.

The hotel is very close to Matou and it is very convenient to take the ferry. The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. There is a small restaurant open 24 hours to provide free coffee and tea. Breakfast is super delicious (Western breakfast)! It is very suitable for taking a boat to different islands after breakfast.
There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel.
The room was quiet and there was basically no noise. The interior and exterior are very clean. The room space is a bit small. There are 2 uneven ground (there is a pit) on the ground, not suitable for families with children and elderly. Generally, adults pay attention to walking indoors, and the problem is not big. In summer, the air conditioning in the room is not cool enough.
The price is not high, suitable for tourists who need to wait for the next day to take the ferry.

Guest UserClean and basic facilities are available. Quiet and nice central location.
No room cleaning during your stay or change of clean towels. Fortunately, a washing machine and dryer are available. Only one roll of toilet paper for a stay of more than a week. Towel/mat for the shower is necessary because there is a leak.
Points for improvement regarding cleaning during your stay, extra toilet paper and clean towels for longer stays.
All in all, a nice location where I will definitely stay again in the future.

Very friendly staff room lovely and clean with nice bathrooms with shower and free shampoo/gel slept well before our short taxi to Piraeus wasn’t as close to port as I thought €8 in taxi for 3 mins trip was offered breakfast but ferry was leaving early would use again comfy bed

The hotel's location is super convenient. The beach is within walking distance, just a 5-minute stroll. We stayed here before our cruise, and the port is also close by – you could even walk there in about half an hour.

JponthemoveWe got an upgrade to a bigger room which was really nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a free street parking in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in a walking distance from the hotel. Very close to the port to take the ferry to any island. The only negative thing we found was that we can hear the disturbing noise from the street and the walkway in front of the room almost all night.

We arrived before midnight however we had been given all the instructions to gain access in case we arrived after reception closed, the lady at reception was lovely very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great location. It was two blocks from the Port, close to food options.
The bathroom was very small. The shower was Old and mould stains. The vanity had water stains and  the toilet would get wet when we were using the shower as it was literally positioned above it with no recess.
Our room looked out to Derelict building however it was quiet and we were able to sleep even though it was beside a bar that operated until late.
Definitely a great option for an overnight stay prior to boarding the fairies to the islands .
