The Ranald Hotel offers one ground floor disabled access super king size guest room. Please be aware that there is no lift in The Ranald Hotel, however our staff are always on hand to help with luggage. If you would prefer a room on a lower floor, please let our staff know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you on the lower levels of the hotel where possible. However please note that we cannot always accommodate these requests.
"Nice little hotel in a central location. Good breakfast and service as well from reception to the breakfast. The room is also very quiet on the top floor. Only drawback is there is no lift, but not a problem for us. Parking in the street, you can use mobile phone to pay for it."

This is a hotel with more than 100 years of history. It is nostalgic. Breakfast and dinner are in different restaurants. Breakfast is fixed according to the room number. Reservations are required for dinner. Since it is an old house and there is no elevator, the only drawback is that.

A little bit from the train station, so it is quieter. Looking at the sea, sitting in the hotel to see the sea, blue sky and white clouds, very beautiful. The breakfast was good, and the smoked salmon was more delicious than the traditional English breakfast at other hotels. After breakfast, I walked by the beach and saw the rainbow. I walked all the way and saw the rainbow changing. It was a surprise. Going to Scotland, recommending to Auburn, to Auburn, recommend this hotel.

All the front desk personnel are the best asset this hotel has. The place could do with an update of their appliances and furniture in their rooms. Soft furnishings are ok. The cleanliness could be a bit better. They lent me slippers so I could use the steam room and it was a great addition to my stay. Overall I give the place a 3/5.
