A big villa, the room is really small, the bathroom is so small that it is difficult to turn around, but it is clean and hygienic, the decoration is warm and comfortable, dinner has to be taken a few kilometers away by shuttle bus, breakfast is in the hotel, it is relatively simple, the level of B&B, more than 3000 room rate in Sky Island can only be like this

The superior location of the hotel was convenient for us to visit Sky Island, but the hotel was just a bit backward and old. First, the door to the entrance was broken and had to be opened when the hotel used the universal... When checking out, the waiter's information was confused and said he would debit the credit card, then said the system problem could not debit the credit card and asked us to transfer separately Paying the room fee made us pay more for the transaction! The overall hotel environment and breakfast was also good.

Environment: The location is relatively remote, a bit far from the attractions on the island.
Service: The hotel front desk service is good. In addition to informing various precautions, they also help with luggage. The service level of the restaurant is uneven, some are very professional, and some are just so-so.
In general, compared with the high price of the hotel (more than 300 pounds per night in this season), the cost performance is not high. Maybe the higher the expectations, the more disappointed.

The environment is very good, the facilities are good, and the service staff are warm and hospitable. It is a typical Scottish country hostel. The restaurant in the hostel has good dishes. Breakfast is traditional Scottish food. However, due to its remote location, it is only suitable for self-driving passengers.

The room was very comfortable, there was a view outside the window, and the ventilation was very good. The breakfast buffet is very rich! The location of the hotel is very beautiful, there is a small flower-filled s-line road outside the door, and the photo is really first class. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is also worth the money.

SSilvaCarlaGreat location location to visit the west part of skye. 10 minutes away from the fairy glen. Breakfast was spectacular. The Pancakes were amazing and so were the eggs with salmon. Amazing buffet aswell. It just doesn't have amenities (shampoo and body wash), so bring some.

You can order a hot food, milk, cereal, and fruit. You can take it by yourself. There is a window facing the sea, and it doesn’t get dark until half past eight in the evening.

XXu20090117The room is even cleaner than the basic rooms in many British cities. The heating is sufficient. There is an old man at the front desk who is very nice. The breakfast is delicious, the scenery is beautiful, and there are shuttle buses to the upper and lower rooms. It is a destination resort hotel worth visiting. The service of the entire restaurant + front desk + bar is very good, and they can provide friendly smiles and make guests feel at home.
The only drawback is that the room cleaning is very bad. We stayed for two consecutive days, but all the garbage in the room was not collected on the first day, and the neck pillow we brought with us was thrown on the ground. The bad experience caused us to cancel the dinner in the hotel at night. Also, remember to bring slippers! ! There are no slippers for sale in the hotel or the entire Sky Island

Jjayyang0314In the very center of Portree on Sky Island, next to the coop, it feels like a hotel converted from an old bar. There is a bar on the first floor, and the accommodation is on the second and third floors, but you can't hear the noise of the bar. Because it is an old house, there is a separation between the upper and lower floors. The sound is not very good, but the price/performance ratio is very good

Although there is a sofa on the first floor, the first floor has a musty smell and is old, and the second floor is not very big. There is no way for us to sleep, and there is no room for an extra room. The kettle is black, no toothbrush, no slippers, nothing to eat for breakfast... 3735 yuan/night is not worth it! I didn't sleep well all night on the floor.
Our front desk said that three people would stay, and didn't say extra money, but after I complained that the size of the bed didn't match the description at night, I added 200 pounds + breakfast the next day. In addition, the distance is too far and it is not recommended to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location and is convenient for going to Sky Island. However, it is also quite old. The rooms are not big and the soundproofing is average. But overall it is quite clean. It is mainly used by tour groups.
