"房間很乾凈，地毯和床上用品都令人看得很舒服。雖然房間面積比較小，但是佈局比較合理，空間利用也科學，靠窗的兩側設定了牆龕，一個作工作台，一個作迷你水吧枱，夠用。出差嘛，不能像家裡一樣。早餐比較簡單，每天都是相同品種，且不多，填飽肚子應該沒問題。看那些德國人吃得津津有味，乾淨衞生是首要。 然後遇到一個問題，也莫名其妙地解決了：訂酒店時我們是定了含早餐的，入住時前台查了記錄説沒有早餐，跟攜程聯繫，攜程不錯，説你們先吃，後面如果酒店跟我們另外要早餐錢，攜程會為我們報銷。結果離店時酒店啥也沒説，直接交了房卡走人。不知是攜程溝通妥了還是酒店忘收了，總之我們沒再另外付早餐錢。本來嘛，就是含了早餐的。 總之，這家酒店感覺還不錯。"

I was disappointed to find out ipon checking in that the bar was not open during our visit and even more upset to discover no restaurant available. Considering these were the 2 top reasons for booking after a long drive I feel these things should not be advertised if they are not provided. I could of went elsewhere and probably cheaper had I known this sooner. The room was good and the breakfast was excellent.

It is suitable for hiking. It is 4 kilometers away from the city, but the surrounding area is really beautiful. At the foot of the mountain, there is a small trail opposite that leads to the top of the mountain. It is very suitable for hiking.

Unfortunately, it wasn't clear when booking that the accommodations weren't accessible for people with mobility issues. There was no elevator in the coach house, so we had to leave early. This hotel isn't suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. The dining room was also too small. The staff was very friendly. You said you'll specifically mention this on your hotel website. Please do the same. It's a shame I couldn't give my mother a pleasant stay. Sincerely,

Eating very good. Rooms are warm - Airco would be welcome or a ventilator. Very friendly staff. Bike rental at the hotel would also be a nice option because this hotel is on a nice bike route.

The room was very large, clean, and a hot water bottle was prepared, and the stay was very comfortable. Next time I have a chance to come again, the front desk is very warm, very close to the train station, very convenient.

호텔 직원이 23:00까지 상주중인데 반해 이메일은 18:00까지 도착하지 않는다면 호텔로 연락달라고 적혀있어 굉장한 혼선이 있었고 나는 지쳤습니다 하지만 호텔에 방문하니 직원이 매우 친절했습니다 그리고 호텔이 예쁘고 방이 매우 넓고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다 아주 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다 호텔은 정수기를 제공하고 middle 탄산수, strong 탄산수, still water 등을 제공합니다 이 점이 아주 좋았습니다 다만 씨트립에는 세금이 모두 포함되어있다고 적혀있었는데 호텔에서 실제 체크인을 할 때는 도시세를 요구했습니다 이 점은 씨트립에 연락해서 체크중입니다 우리의 캐리어를 무료로 보관할 수 있었고 보관실은 아주 좋았습니다 우리가 스스로 열쇠를 잠글 수 있는 장치가 벽에 고정되어있어 아주 안심이었습니다

The hotel is pretty good, but Ctrip’s ticket booking service is relatively stale. I booked two double rooms. Only after I arrived at the hotel did I know that if one person lives in a double room, the price will be discounted. However, Ctrip did not inform, and made money silently.

The room was very clean, three single beds, although there was shower gel (no shampoo, no slippers, no hot water bottle, hair dryer), very close to the train station (Kassel Hbf), the front desk was very friendly, check in was silky, and show your passport. If you don't book breakfast in the morning, 7:15-9:00 AM There will be free coffee and tea in the lobby. I have two cups and it is not difficult to drink. There is a REWE supermarket nearby (the plastic bottle can be returned inside, there are also fresh toasted bread), a little farther away there is a restaurant called Kebab, open very late, cost-effective, half-baked chicken plus salad, rice or chips is only 7 euros!

Apparently, rooms aren't cleaned on weekends (Friday to Saturday). You can opt out of housekeeping with a QR code, but I didn't do that. So, it seems it doesn't matter, as the room wasn't cleaned anyway. Also, at checkout, they tried to charge me for breakfast again, even though it was already included in my booking.
