Highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the ventilation and soundproofing were excellent, making for a great stay. A special bonus was the self-service ice machine; being able to get ice anytime significantly boosted my happiness during my summer stay. Such a thoughtful detail. The overall facilities are excellent, and the service is attentive. It's perfect for both tourism and short trips, definitely worth coming back to!

This was our third stay at the hotel. You can’t beat the location. While the same line of hotels has a newer, larger or more glamorous location near Rainbow Island… This one’s in the heart of the city and just makes so much more sense for ease of access to activities throughout the day. All The food and night market access within 5 min walk. Park and river within 5 mins. The mall across the street has activities for kids (roller skating, swimming, arcade etc). Taxi’s and didi’s are easy to come by. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Daily room cleanings any time of day. Breakfast is delish (noodles 😍). Ad the work out facility in the basement is a full gym!! Easy to get delivery too!

A practical place, good size airy room with a little table and chairs by the window for a view. Biggest tv screen I have experienced yet in a hotel room. Functional and clean.

The hygiene is good and it's quiet. Special thanks to Xiao Guo at the front desk and the other ladies; their service attitude is excellent and they are very professional. I will definitely stay here again next time. Five-star rating across the board.

The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the lighting was soft and comfortable, and the service was very good. The front desk lady helped me upgrade the room with a massage chair for free. After a day of fatigue, I returned to the hotel and pressed a motorcycle. All the fatigue was gone. Happy 🥳 So basically every time I come to Lijiang, I will choose Wei Also Na!

I have stayed at Wyndham hotels in many cities. Especially the hotel in Anhua is very unique and has a very good environment. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you can smell the faint fragrance of tea. The corridors on the hotel floor are also very comfortable. Room hygiene: clean. Especially Ms. He Yansha's warm and considerate service is always smiling from the moment she enters the store and she even upgrades to a river view room for free. After checking in, she always sends the guests to the elevator. It is commendable. I will stay at Wyndham next time I come to Anhua -

It was my first time to stay in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic. Anything I needed was delivered to the room quickly. The service was perfect. It was very convenient to eat and drink nearby.

It's a very good hotel with high cost performance in terms of hygiene, environment, service and facilities. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a big restaurant next to the hotel with good food. The meatball soup is very good!

I stayed there for two days in total. I went out the next morning and when I came back, I found that an auntie had come in to clean the room. If you knock on the door and no one is inside, they probably won't come to clean. And they left their phone number. If you don't know whether you want them to clean, you can call and ask. I felt really offended and my privacy was violated if I went in directly. I called the front desk to report this matter, but the front desk attitude was very bad. We said that we should get our consent before they can come in to clean. The front desk asked if there was anything missing, meaning that if there was nothing missing, it was not a big deal. Do they have to deal with it only if there is something missing? Is the guest's privacy not private? What's the point of leaving the phone number? Is it just for decoration?
