我們預訂了兩個房間，入住體驗卻令人失望。V酒店以“酒店”定位，但同時有“民宿”的標簽，不知道這是否與攜程的誠信政策有關，因為確實符合了我們入住一家糟糕的民宿的體驗。
房間配備了大投影儀（儘管清晰度一般），並貼心地提供了充電線，房間乾淨，床和浴室等硬件設施都不錯，現場環境與網上圖片相符。
然而，V酒店在員工管理上的表現卻令人難以接受。按照“酒店”政策，停車需要提前預約，因此我傍晩時特地打電話預約停車，當時酒店一位女員工僅簡單告知可以停入大廈的停車場，並未提供具體的停車樓層或位置指引。當我們晚上十一點多到達地下停車場時找不到任何指示標識，與酒店聯繫後也沒有得到明確的停車指引，最終費了很大勁才找到車位。
辦理入住時前台服務員的表現更令人不滿，他全程播放着很大的音樂，導致溝通困難。此外，無論是他在電話中還是在辦理入住時，都不使用禮貌稱呼，一直以“你”稱呼我們，完全缺乏對客人應有的尊重，也沒有任何歉意。這一系列糟糕的服務讓我們原本愉快的旅程心情大打折扣。
更無法忍受的是，早上8點酒店開始施工，噪音嚴重影響休息。我們在微信上與酒店溝通，酒店員工表示可以延遲退房時間，但在鑽牆聲和敲打聲的幹擾下，又如何能好好休息？儘管噪音在溝通後有所減弱，但並沒有完全停止，最終我們不得不提前收拾行李離開。
我對民宿的入住體驗並不多，但之前的印象是，雖然民宿的硬件設施可能不如酒店完善，但服務態度通常很熱情。而V酒店的態度卻與許多民宿形成了強烈對比，其素質令人十分失望。
我想告誡有車的旅客在考慮該酒店時要關注到停車問題，慎重！

位置：在清溪村周立波故居上面一點點，背靠山林，離景區入口距離有電源，但是民宿小姐姐可以安排觀光車接送，出入還是挺方便。
環境：室內房間裏面陳設比較簡約乾淨，座椅的花色清新淡雅得嘞，洗漱台還貼心準備有馬桶墊和壓縮面巾，床鋪舒適也蠻好；室外房間後面有個小池塘，裏面有很多鯉魚，周圍很安靜，空氣清新，早上能聽到很清脆悦耳的鳥叫聲！！！
餐食：民宿有早餐，麪條，雞蛋，稀飯，紅薯🉑
民宿對面就是野渡，附近也有一些附近居民開的農家菜館。
服務：服務蠻收到，有專門的管家小姐姐，車接車送。熱情細緻，贊👍
但是附近娛樂項目較少，適合度假，附近有小溪，農田可以摸魚抓蝦，撈魚的網兜8塊錢一個，承包一下午的快樂！！！
五一人也不是特別多。度假休閑，躺平，強烈推薦住向山！！！
