The last week it was quite warm temperature 18-26C inside the room 27C, hotel stated No AC as it is spring season, can only provide a fan to blow warm air around. Was very uncomfortable trying to sleep at night, cannot open windows due to KTV and restaurants below until 2-3am. Room cleaned each day but very basic, sheets changed every 2-3 days, shower small head only, but with good water pressure. All over just passable, but wouldn't recommend.

I really can't help but ask: as the most expensive hotel in the area, isn't turning on the central air conditioning main unit a basic requirement for any hotel?
