The hotel design is great and not too picky. The lobby is comfortable, spacious and bright. We booked a Japanese-style quad room on a trip. The original check-in time was to be postponed, but the check-in time was changed many times. The front desk was very polite and there was no awkward issue of whether to refund or not! ! The space is large and there will be an echo when you speak 🤣 There is no strange smell, there is a large bathtub to soak in, and the floor is very comfortable to walk on! The open-air bath is in another building. There are six outdoor pools and three indoor pools, which is enough. The washroom area is also very clean! You can borrow video games and foosball in the building. They are not big, but they can help you kill some time. For dinner, we had the restaurant's shabu-shabu hotpot, which was calculated based on the number of people and not all-you-can-eat. The price was a bit high, which was a bit of a deduction. Breakfast was ok, someone spilled a drink all over the floor. The service staff handled the situation immediately and reminded every guest who passed by to be careful, and the points were added back! 👍

When ordering from this store, the order page shows that toothbrushes, toothpaste and other supplies are mentioned! However, when I actually arrived in the room, I found that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. After reporting it to the front desk, they said that it was not provided temporarily due to government policy and needed to be purchased separately. Therefore, I thought it was misleading to consumers, causing them to read the website and see that it was provided without bringing their own. This creates the dilemma of having to purchase extra items when you arrive at the hotel. Therefore, we hope to improve the options for providing spare parts to avoid misleading subsequent orders.

The front desk officer doesn't appear to be very helpful. I have stayed here before, but in the new building, which is clean and modern. For some reason, I overlooked the booking, and it was in the older building. The room is quite dated and smells like an antique shop. We called the front desk immediately after entering the room to inquire about switching to another room, as I am sensitive to smells and staying in this room for three nights, especially over New Year's Eve, would have been a problem. The officer didn’t sound happy at all and made us feel like it was a hassle to check with her manager about room availability. In the end, we had to pay an additional TWD 3,600 for an ”upgrade” to the new building. The highlight of the stay is the New Year fireworks displayed by the hotel.

Was allocated a room that’s near to the road side. This road divides the hotel lobby and some of the rooms on the next building. a little noisy esp when motorcycle passes. Food wise the hotel doesn’t serve lunch which is very unique. So for lunch you have to venture to nearby eating houses or perhaps 7 Eleven convenience shop. Room is clean and service is good.

Originally we thought there was only a small floor area, but after the staff introduced it, we followed their route and walked around. We really felt that this trip was worthwhile! The 24-hour campus shuttle service provides barrier-free service for those who are pregnant or have mobility impairments. We brought our dog with us, and there was a rest area for the dog, which needed to be paid for by the dog. Overall, it is a highly recommended hot spring accommodation!

The dishes are almost exactly the same as the ones in the photos on the Internet. The price per guest is 480 yuan. The garden is very beautiful, and it is now the time when autumn turns to winter. Although it is uphill, the temperature is very comfortable when walking. However, it is not recommended to bring elders who need wheelchairs or cannot walk for a long time, because there are uphill and downhill slopes almost everywhere.

Location was a little difficult to get to, but that is understandable, being a hot spring resort. As it was the off peak season, we were the only visitors for that night. Despite so, the staff were friendly - preparing our breakfast separately. The breakfast included bread and spreads, and local rice porridge. Even though it sounds simple, it was delicious and full of flavour. The room came with a large stone tub which could probably accommodate 4-5 pax. We could thus enjoy the hot spring from the comfort of our own room.

When I was about to take a shower or bath in the evening, the hot water was still lukewarm after being turned on for a long time. I could only take a quick shower, otherwise it would be too cold. Later, when I turned it on after 10 o'clock, it was still not hot. I called the counter and said It was already being renovated, and I would let you know when it was ready. After waiting for a while, I called again. The lady said it was ready, but she didn't let me know! It was already past 11 o'clock at that time...Fortunately, it was repaired at night, otherwise it would have been really hot...
