MM353238****The room was excellent. I chose Orange Hotel directly for my one-night stopover in Hanzhong. Chain brands are trustworthy. The hotel room was very clean and had no strange odors. The front desk lady kindly upgraded our room and was very enthusiastic. It was raining in Hanzhong, but the room wasn't very damp, which made for a great experience. I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again if I visit Hanzhong in the future.

2205929****The hotel is in a great location, just a ten-minute walk from Hanzhong Station. We arrived at night and discovered the many night market stalls downstairs, making life so convenient. The front desk lady even upgraded our room to accommodate our family on the same floor! The service was impeccable! The room had a great view and a spacious, spacious room. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable! I'll definitely stay at Orange Crystal again next time I visit Hanzhong!

GGuest UserThis stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

This was obnoxious as I had used trip.com app to check beforehand and was informed the hotel could accept all nationalities.
The receptionist was polite, and somehow 20 seconds after she told me I had to go elsewhere, a manager said they could manage it somehow. They also said the reason was because the hotel had just joined some sort of Chinese hotel chain group.
The hotel itself was nice and modern, but if you are not Chinese, you can't stay here.

GGuest UserThis is my second time in Hanzhong. I have looked at many hotels. This hotel is opposite the University of Science and Technology. There are all kinds of snacks downstairs, which is very convenient. The weather was hot on the day I arrived in Hanzhong, so I was sweating when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady was very considerate. She handed me a tissue and asked me if I needed tea. Because there was a pick-up service, the staff was on break, so she told me that I could take a taxi and the taxi fare would be reimbursed. As a result, it was reimbursed when I checked out the next day. The environment in the room is very good. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are bathrobes. There is also a special office area in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor-to-ceiling windows look at the city scenery outside. It's super cool. For people like me who like to watch the night view of the city, it's really great. I can sit by the window and watch it all the time. The curtains are also electric, which is very convenient. The only thing is that It's a pity that I checked out too early the next day because I had other plans. I didn't enjoy the city view enough. It rained the next day, so I didn't take pictures of the sunrise. One shortcoming is that I called the front desk from the landline in the room. I followed the prompts and called several times but couldn't get through. I saw that there was laundry delivery and wanted to inquire about the price and time, but I was too lazy to go downstairs, so I remembered to call the front desk. Maybe I did it wrong, but it doesn't matter. It doesn't affect the actual experience. By the way, I attached a few photos of the room. The room is also very large. If you like to see the night view of the city, it's definitely right to book this hotel. You won't step on the pit. I didn't experience the bathing ticket because I went to the room to rest for a while after checking in, and then went out with my friends. When I returned to the hotel, it was already past 10 o'clock and I was tired, so I was too lazy to go down.

However some of the design features such as the positioning of clothes rack in the bathroom (located in the toilet instead of the shower area), bathtub in the room itself and the handle outside of the toilet door are slightly baffling. Having said that these design elements do not take away from the room and the service. 4.5 stars

MM31371****Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the unique and grand lobby design. The reception was also very welcoming. The room was excellent, and we were upgraded to a standard room with a river view. The night view was truly stunning, and we were given welcome fruit. The room was also soundproofed, and I slept very comfortably. The breakfast was also quite varied, and there was no charge for children. It was a very satisfying experience.

It included all of the basic requirements and when we needed a taxi back to the station - which was unavailable - the hotel arranged for the manager to drop us off themselves. Location is very convenient. Very central. We will be back next time!

MM665182****When I checked in, it looked ordinary at first glance, but the lady and brother at the front desk were very kind. They also have a big golden retriever at home, which shook hands and interacted with each other. After entering the room, it didn't feel ordinary like the front door, it was very clean. I will stay here again next time I go to Foping. It's right next to the old street and the price/performance ratio is very high.
