MM353238****The room was excellent. I chose Orange Hotel directly for my one-night stopover in Hanzhong. Chain brands are trustworthy. The hotel room was very clean and had no strange odors. The front desk lady kindly upgraded our room and was very enthusiastic. It was raining in Hanzhong, but the room wasn't very damp, which made for a great experience. I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again if I visit Hanzhong in the future.

2205929****The hotel is in a great location, just a ten-minute walk from Hanzhong Station. We arrived at night and discovered the many night market stalls downstairs, making life so convenient. The front desk lady even upgraded our room to accommodate our family on the same floor! The service was impeccable! The room had a great view and a spacious, spacious room. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable! I'll definitely stay at Orange Crystal again next time I visit Hanzhong!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: A new hotel, opened less than a month ago, with smart bathrooms. The only problem is that the water from the basin faucet is too strong, easily getting clothes wet when washing your face.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy
Environment: The room is spacious, overlooking the river. Just sitting on the sofa and daydreaming at the river view is wonderful. The view is stunning.
Service: Excellent
Breakfast is quite generous, with freshly made hot rice noodles and walnut buns, both local specialties, and afternoon tea.
The bookshelves are wonderful. The kids always read before going out, and they read again when they get back to the hotel. I've read several books myself. It's a really nice arrangement.
Before leaving, the beautiful receptionist gave us fans, small toys for the kids, and four bottles of water. She was worried we'd get thirsty on the way. It was so thoughtful. Thank you.

酒店的環境更是遠超預期！我住的房間有一面寬敞的落地大窗户，視野開闊，窗外的風景非常好，當天看到了山上的雲海。酒店內還有一個精緻的花園，非常適合散步小憩。此外，餐廳、健身房和游泳池設施都非常齊全，完全滿足了我住宿期間的所有休閑和商務需求。
從硬件設施到軟性服務都無可挑剔，特別是小余的服務，為這次完美的體驗增色不少。為小余點贊，為酒店點贊，還會再次光臨！

GGuest UserThis stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

This was obnoxious as I had used trip.com app to check beforehand and was informed the hotel could accept all nationalities.
The receptionist was polite, and somehow 20 seconds after she told me I had to go elsewhere, a manager said they could manage it somehow. They also said the reason was because the hotel had just joined some sort of Chinese hotel chain group.
The hotel itself was nice and modern, but if you are not Chinese, you can't stay here.

The supplies in the bathroom are all disposable packaging, which makes people feel more at ease! Especially the toilet is also equipped with a disposable toilet pad, which is also a very intimate service! Meimei slept, we also used the hotel's breakfast in the morning, there are many types, I feel that the meat and vegetables are also very careful, Chinese and Western! The room was excellent, and we were upgraded to a standard room with a river view. The night view was truly stunning, and we were given welcome fruit.
