Although the location of the hotel is on the uphill section of the town, you can contact the hotel to pick you up after arriving at the train station. The room is very large, the balcony view is super beautiful, you can directly see the Jungfrau Mountain. The service staff is also very good, specially giving us an updated version of the map and some travel advice. The breakfast was great, the coffee was all you can drink, and I knew we were going up the mountain and filled us with a pot of hot coffee. Overall it feels great!

The view of the terrace is very, very beautiful and very satisfied. In addition, the service is very cold and polite to all. Dinner needs to be reserved and the taste is not bad. Breakfast is not bad, Swiss breakfast is generally monotonous. The location is very good, very close to the train station.

This is nothing in normal times, mainly because my son has a cold, coughing more after drinking cold water, and there is really nowhere to solve it in the middle of the mountain at night. At this time, I can really appreciate the importance of a hot water bottle. However, there is no indication that the room has a hot water bottle on the booking interface. I didn't notice it and I can't blame the merchant. I hope that the merchant can increase or spare it for guests in need.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and offers a shuttle service, which I think is great as it saves me from dragging my luggage around. They even offer a welcome glass of champagne upon check-in, which really enhanced the experience! One thing to note is that the water pressure in the shower isn't very strong, so if you're looking for a really powerful shower, you might be a little disappointed. But overall, it's a great place to stay!

It should be a wealthy villa in ancient Europe, so some rooms are beautiful master bedrooms and guest bedrooms, and some are very poor servant rooms, such as single rooms, which are pitifully small and have no scenery. The double room we booked is very beautiful. Because we brought children, we didn't pay attention to choosing 3 beds when booking, so the waiter needed to make a temporary arrangement. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very patient and gave a very favorable price. It felt very good. The disadvantage is that although it is only more than 300 meters away from the station, it is a steep slope. Everyone who comes to the hotel is out of breath and needs to climb mountains to return to the hotel.

The room is small, facing the street, opposite the supermarket, convenient to buy things, breakfast is relatively simple, there is a yogurt is delicious, the front desk is not very warm, but we praised her beautiful attitude is much better.

Location was perfect one stop by bus away from the train station, right across ski rental stop with direct bus right outside towards ski lifts, the restaurant of the hotel is also amazing and I loved the Rosti they made me.
