"My stay at this hotel has unfortunately left a very negative impression.
First of all, I would like to note the incompetence of staff. There is a feeling of lack of proper training and interest in the solution of guests' issues. In addition, the attitude towards visitors was disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable for the sphere of hospitality.
The condition of the rooms leaves the best desire. They do not match the declared level of cleanliness and comfort, the bath plum doesn't work, the door handles are falling off. Beach towel is one for three people. You expect more for such a price.
I would like to allocate a fee for accommodation with a pet - the cost of 40 euros per night for a dog seems to be overstated such money take in hotels 5* and bring at least a bowl of water. And finally one of the biggest surprises – No own beach at the hotel. Guests take to the beach of another hotel designed only for adults. Nowhere in advance it was stated that visiting this beach with children is forbidden, and you will learn about it only because it creates great inconvenience after all transfer in an hour, especially for families with small children. The staff does not report this at the settlement or when landing in the car, the claims do not respond and apologize.

"October 2024. Small suite with a view. The hotel is small, the territory is very green. Clean. Its own beach area: a platform with 2 descents, a pontoon in the sea - convenient for diving. Restaurant - on the beach: breakfasts, dinners by the sea - it's magical! Breakfast - buffet: the set is not big, but exclusively what everyone eats for breakfast: omelet, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, olives, herbs, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Everything is delicious. The waiters rustle. There is no feeling of a canteen. All day you can order food from the menu (in Russian). The prices are not much higher than Porridge, but the portions are huge - you can safely have one for two. But the best thing is the beach area !!! Beach towels are given out in any quantity. You don't want to leave! In October, the sea is warm, there are not many people, but not empty either. Comfortable. The service is felt - the staff is courteous. You can get to Porridge by minibus from the main road. I highly recommend the hotel!"

"У отеля очень удобное расположение. От прогулочной улицы минут 5-7 пешком. Кровать удобная, постельное белье чистое. Несколько полотенец, чистые, белоснежные. Завтраки обычные, каждый для себя найден, что скушать. Сантехника в хорошем состоянии, с горячей водой перебоев не было. Тапочки и фен в ванной предусмотрены. Приятным удивлением было, что в минуте от отеля есть бухта, в которой можно поплавать.
А теперь о том, что хотелось бы улучшить. На дверях в номера нет доводчиков, поэтому двери во всех номерах закрываются с таким грохотом, что содрогают стены. Особенно неприятен этот момент, в поздние часы и ранее утро.
В остальном нареканий нет, отель рекомендую."

"I'll tell you at once, the hotel is worth its money mainly because of the location at sea. The beach is not such, there is a sharp descent in the sea, but the water is clean. We literally returned from the popular beach of Caputash back to the hotel to swim right here. Of the downsides, long and steep down to the sea from the hotel, and therefore steep climb back. We lived with an old couple who went down to the sea once, but we were there every day. You can say that and plus, because almost every day we were there alone. Good wind, fresh and clean sea, my wife and I swim and sunburn alone, that's what it was needed there.
There is nothing to do in the hotel itself. From morning to breakfast, then beach and everything else. We went to Kash by car every day, so I advise you to rent any transportation, walking out of the city to move physically hard. Many ride on scooter, but we with our wife are more comfortable in the car.
Both the city and the peninsula are on mountain land, constant height shifts, long walking there is hard, even don't think about it."

"The hotel is located in the small town. The owner is very welcoming. He helps with the luggage when the guests get off the car. When the guests get on the elevator, he runs up the stairs to help carry the luggage back to the room. The room is clean and hygienic. There is a wonderful terrace for breakfast. You can also sit on the terrace and drink tea in the evening, saving the money of going to the coffee shop. The hotel's dog is gentle and you can pet it at will."

"Excellent hotel, everything as in the photo, the most stylish on the peninsula. Our room was not big but stylish and comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The staff at the hotel is very helpful.
The breakfasts are good, you will not go hungry.
We had dinner in the restaurant, the menu and the selected dishes were not impressive, there is something to work on.
On the territory there is a large swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, there is a private beach but it is not close to walk but there is a shuttle.
Overall, we were pleased with the stay, I recommend!"

The rooms were very clean, air conditioned & in good condition (+we had a balcony, this was also very clean). - Every day there was still cold water on the room, which was free.
The hotel staff was always friendly to us and has liked us in questions/requirements and really helped/advised.
The restaurant at the hotel has very good self-made pasta, I can recommend to everyone try.
The location of the hotel is really very good, walking to the market about 2-3min.
A small point for others, directly at the hotel was a bar with live music, there was played about until 0:00 - did not disturb us since we had a lot of work in Kaş and were out.
Unfortunately, in 5 nights we did not get everything we wanted, for example the spa area, but I just go out of that this will also be very good.
All in all really a super hotel and would come back here anytime when there is the possibility."

"The originally booked sea view room for three people was on the second floor. The sea view could only be seen through the cracks. After negotiating with the boss, we were moved to a family room on the fourth floor for free. The view was amazing. The only drawback was the loud noise coming from the speakers of the mosque next door. The call to prayer wakes us up on time at 6:00! The hotel breakfast is quite rich!"

We got to stay in the cutest cottage at Piccolo house that we didn't want to leave, it was so cosy, homely and surrounded by beautiful nature. This place is out of the main center of Kas so it's ideal if you have your own transportation, we hired a scooter for our time and it was amazing. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. There's a great pizza shop nearby and a stunning viewpoint for sunset down the road. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, we felt like family. Book this place, you won't regret it.

VValeriaI read so many good reviews of these hotel and couldn’t understand why everybody liked it so much, buuut, once we actually stayed there with my husband we were pleasantly surprised!
The personnel were amazing, very polite, nice and helping! The room had a cool design and was very spacious, the amenities were enough and the room was clean.
The breakfast was just amazing, it was not a huge choice, but everything was fresh and impossible to resist!
We were travelling along the coast and stayed at 6 different hotels along the way, this one is still our favourite, we’re definitely coming back!

IIraУправляющий (Мустафа) очень деликатный, добрый, отзывчивый парень, а также все женщины в его команде, поддерживающие чистоту и красоту на территории апартаментов.
Мустафа сам приходил практически каждый день, интересовался чего не хватает, поменять ли полотенца, мыльные принадлежности, угощал выпечкой на завтрак (он у нас не был включен в стоимость), предлагал обращаться к нему если надо подвезти в город (у него мотоцикл).
В общем распоряжении есть стиральная машинка и порошок, можно бесплатно постирать.
Локация удобна для тех, кто выбрал близость к пляжу, а не к городу. 7-10 минут пешком до пляжа, в соседнем доме есть аренда байков.
На выходе из Кактуса есть маленький магазинчик, в котором можно купить свежий хлеб, яйца, воду, молоко, чипсы, шоколадки, корм для кошек.
Место душевное: утром поют петухи, мула (рядом мечеть, там же и остановка автобусов: раз в 2 часа ходит автобус в город, стоимость 22.5 лир на сегодняшнюю дату. Мустафа пришлет расписание в воцап)
Есть веранда на крыше (там проходят завтраки) с видом на море, там тоже можно проводить время. Вечером там очень красиво, тихо и спокойно.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Kas town. There are limited parking spaces at the door. There is a large parking lot opposite. It costs 200 liras for an afternoon and a whole night. The hotel is not big, but it is very exquisite and clean. The room is very stylish. The windows facing the street are floor-to-ceiling windows with a good view. There is almost no street noise after closing them.

Tek eleştirim mini bar konusunda olabilir. kola ve meyve suyu gibi çeşitli içecekler sunulsa, özellikle uzun yoldan gelip odaya yerleşenler için faydalı olur. GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and has a sense of design. The room is a suite, comfortable and very clean. The welcome drink lemon downstairs is delicious, and the breakfast is also very exquisite. It is recommended to stay. Because it is located in the center of the town, parking is indeed inconvenient, but there is a public parking lot very close to the hotel, 250 lira for 16-24 hours. I forgot to take pictures, but the hotel is still very beautiful, just like an internet celebrity.

AAliiiLocation is good. It is right in the middle of the town. The breakfast is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. I like their jams, especially pear and pumpkin jams. Room could be a bit more spacious but no one spends much time in the room in Kaş anyway. The place is full of vibes. The sea is amazing, public beaches are free -we paid zero TL for the municipality beach- and it even includes free parking. Take your mat, go a bit early, find.a shade under a tree and enjoy swimming in the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

PPaulThe hotel service is very warm, the location is very good, the sea view is very beautiful, the room type we live in is at the bottom of the hotel, climbing the stairs is very tired, but fortunately the suitcase has a staff to help move. Breakfast is very good, there is free juice, tastes good, there are many fruits, yogurt, service is very good. The network was very poor. I didn't tell me that there was a problem with the network before I checked in, and I couldn't receive any signal and Wi-Fi in the room. They wanted to change the room for us. The room type was cheaper than ours, and we were unwilling to refund the difference. We finally continued to stay in the original room type. The bathroom light is very dark, the shower is almost invisible, and the mirror front light is bad, and it keeps flashing after opening. The curtains are not tight, and the light will leak in the morning, which is very dazzling. In addition to the poor facilities experience, everything else is very good.
