I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️

The best place I’ve ever been, the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The building is a work of art made by the iconic architect Oscar Niemeyer, I was very happy to be able to stay in such an amazing place. The food is also very good. I really hope to get back asap!

Excellent hotel, well located, great infrastructure. Unfortunately, I was charged a fee at the hotel that Trip had not informed me would be charged.

Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, only the pool needs more care and cleaning.

Unfortunately, the hotel and restaurant were unable to recover the good service they had before the pandemic. It is absurd to set up the entire hotel and swimming pool (the only leisure area) in the middle of the week between Christmas and New Year. a horrible noise and an unbearable smell of gasoline! 10 days of non-stop rocking, all day long. and there is no point in complaining because the guest comes last. pool needs to be cleaned every day. Unprotected pool drain, dangerous for children (it sucks our feet!). pressureless shower. very expensive restaurant. The hotel seems to live on single stays as it does not value returning guests.

I chose it for its architecture and proximity to the lake, and it is indeed a very impressive building. However, I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. They are used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation as a lobbyist hotel, due to its proximity to the presidential palace. Some employees were extremely attentive, especially the cafe supervisor, who was very friendly. However, on more than one occasion I felt like I was being treated harshly by reception staff and was followed by security guards while taking photos of the surroundings. I will not return and I do not recommend it for young people.

The place is exquisite, far from the center, which brings tranquility to escape the chaos. Good facilities, service, cleanliness, breakfast, restaurant, service. Everything very good! The gym is small, but ok! I just missed an adjustable bench to do some exercises.

As always Brasília Palace having the best stay in the capital. This time I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday and it was great. I'm always impressed by the comfort and convenience of the bed, sheets, pillows and blanket, perfection! The rich and varied breakfast is always unparalleled! Added to the tranquility of the place and the good energy, it is definitely my favorite place in Brasília, because I was born and raised in the capital. Congratulations to the entire team for their work hosting us! ❤️😍

A hotel reservation was made for my wife and I for Friday, October 21st. But I had work problems and couldn't go. Only my wife. My wife made contact and was told the wrong name on the reservation and that only I could check-in, and if not, the reservation would be canceled and without refund. He hung up and did not solve the problem, stating that it was trip's fault and not the hotel's. Perfect, Trip corrections made, my wife arrived at the Hotel and only after a lot of negotiation and paying in advance was the check-in done. My wife said that she was going to a party at the Clube da Aeronáutica and that she had hired a make-up artist. Only in this context did the Hotel inform that it would charge R$90.00 just for the make-up artist to go upstairs. Bad recommendation even more so for an upcoming event..... The service doesn't have a lower score because it doesn't exist. I don't recommend it to anyone. Ahhhh the breakfast is good, but in an open place, very hot. You have to move around in the rain, as it was happening that day and because it's open, it's full of flies.
