Outstanding

Gorgeous and clean hotel with a great, friendly and helpful staff! Amenities are really a great addition, especially the pool, sauna and steam bath which helped us relax after our long travels. A little far of a walk from the city center (approx. 40 min) but if you don't mind walking and exploring, it's definitely worthwhile. There's still a lot to do around the area. (Restaurants, small shops, etc)

Great

The service was very good. They helped me solve all kinds of problems before departure and also helped me check the sailing schedule. The hotel looks like an art gallery from the outside and a hotel converted from a wine cellar inside. The restaurant serves Japanese cuisine. I finally had Asian food. It was delicious but a little expensive. The wine was also a little expensive. I recommend a glass of €13, while a bottle in the hotel lobby only costs €40

Amazing

The hotel is newly renovated, very creative and full of design. However, the hotel is located in a residential area, not a commercial area, so you need to book a taxi to get in and out, and it is not far to the city center by taxi.

First time to Bordeaux to participate in the red wine marathon. These are two things I like! The inefficiency, relaxation and slightly arrogant attitude of the French are the reasons why I don't like them. This restaurant turned out to be a Japanese restaurant. It's not bad if you can choose the wine you like, but there was no hot main course. As an exception, I was given a bowl of French-Japanese style Chinese vegetable noodles! Finally, the next day, my Boston Marathon commemorative jacket was gone. In addition, I was overcharged by more than 2,700 euros at the checkout. They said it was a mistake. At first, they refused to give me the bill. In the end, I found out that it was a mistake. I almost called the police before they admitted their mistake. This issue has always been in a state of inconclusiveness. Ctrip's communication is also pale and powerless. It seems that Ctrip is not influential enough overseas, especially in Europe. By the way, the parking fee is 40 euros per night...
