Boracay Tropics Resort Hotel

Nice hotel, very cozy, friendly staff. Good location - tuk tuk parking nearby and 5 minutes to the beach. There are also many shops, souvenirs and currency exchange offices around

Let's start with the fact that the hotel is very, very old! The room has washed-out grey towels and bed linen, it was disgusting to even open the curtains (they were all terribly stained). The sockets are yellow, without adapters for European plugs. Charge your phone as you wish! The bed is so saggy that when you lie down together you roll into the center. I won't even mention the pillows 😏 stone pieces of something in one pillowcase. Cleaning consisted of changing your towels! And that's it! The floors were always covered in sand. Either no one washed them or they were just scattered in the corners. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep, there was no soundproofing! It was as if you were sleeping on a sun lounger outside. Pros: there are disposable brushes, soap and slippers. The pool has stagnant water, so it is not advisable to swim in it! They smoke all over the area. (well, that's the concept of the hotel) so it might be good for some) The restaurant doesn't cook very well. The pasta was undercooked! And they added instant juice concentrate to the watermelon shake! It was impossible to drink! We never went there again. Plus the price for everything is high. Beach towels are only given out on deposit. There is a 7/11 nearby, but that's not what everyone is used to seeing in Thailand)) here you just have the bare minimum of what you can buy for a lot of money, there is a normal, clean mall further down the road. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, we tried not to be there. I was taken in by the rating and good reviews. I don't understand where people's eyes are when they write rave reviews about this hotel!
