I took my mother out to play. This hotel is not recommended. It is far from the beach and takes more than 10 minutes to walk. It is also far from the commercial street and takes about 20 minutes to walk. The service attitude is particularly average. There are a lot of Koreans in Korean-owned hotels. In comparison, the attitude towards Chinese people is obviously different. The room type I booked is next to the swimming pool. I noted in advance that I wanted a quiet room. The room I was given also met the requirements for the night. I am still very satisfied with this. The hotel breakfast is very average. There is no need to book. Anyway, this hotel is what I want. I say there is no need to book. If you have the money, change to another one.

We booked the lowest type of room which is deluxe. They did not let us check-in early and keep on offering room upgrade. This hotel wont value you if you’re only booking the lowest type of room.

I think the location of the hotel is OK, but you need to walk a distance to the beach, not far, but it would be better if it was next to the beach. The hotel environment is OK, but the hotel bathroom has a little water leakage. The environment is good, but the breakfast is very unpalatable and there are not many varieties. It may not suit the taste of ********* people.

The resort was so nice and has a good ambiance. I asked permission however, beforehand if we could check-in in advance since we went there at 12 due to fast paced flight however, we were there waiting until 3 at their lobby - that’s 3 hours of waiting and mind you, we have 87 year-old with us. Nonetheless, other than that, they still deserve the rating because they’re responsive to our requests.
