hennan is good hotel for couples and family but is lack activities for children, the location is great though and staff are nice great breakfast as well

Отель хороший, сервис и удобства как и во все Ханянах на уровне. Номер просторный, чистый, но пробегали несколько тараканчиков в ванной комнате. Уже не такой свежий отель, но вполне приемлимый. Завтраки и ужины (шведский стол). Свои лежаки от отеля на пляже. В целом хорошие впечатления.

Except for the location
Everything was not so good.
The air conditioner was old and flooded overnight (they came and diagnosed and told me) and the ceiling was stained with water..
I don't understand the concept of superior and deluxe rooms. I booked a superior room but it was partially blocked by a wall. If it's the same size, book a deluxe room. Kebakke
1st floor food took more than 1 hour (table 4 groups) and was very slow.

Dripping AC. Booked 2 units and both are dripping. Reported to housekeeping and thought they will provide fixing but NO they’ve placed a towel on the floor to absorb the dripping water from the unit :)
