Hotels in Boat Station 2, Boracay Island

Originally booked a bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed but was upgraded to 3 single beds when we arrived so we were happy. The entire place is clean. Our hotel room is also clean. Basically, it's a really good hotel that has two pools, one within the place and one on the beachfront (White Beach). However, if you're looking for a place near d'mall or other places/dining spots near Station 1, it is far (10-15 min walk). But if you prefer or if walking is okay with you, then it's no problem at all. The only downside is the wifi and buffet. The wifi is only strong at the hotel lobby which, unfortunately, is very far from our room so we rely on data. The buffet, on the other hand, is the somehow just the same on our 5 day stay at the hotel so it's a little boring. But again, if you don't have any problem with those two, then this place is good.

Essa, one of their hotel staff really helped us to get a nice and convenient room location. Will definitely go back here and the food was superb! Really the #1 Gourmet hotel in Boracay! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for 5 nights. Overall experience is below expectations: hotel is not that modern, pretty old fashioned, renovation is needed. There are no curtains in the rooms, therefore, those who are sensitive to light in the morning won’t get good sleep. No sleepers, no bathrobes, no shower gel (only shampoo and conditioner). Relatively noisy from external blocks of air conditioners. Breakfast is probably the biggest disappointment - need to wait in a queue to be seated, the area is quite small relatively to the number of rooms, food selection is pretty narrow, but delicious. Gym is fine. Personnel is very kind, polite and nice. Hotel offers the chaise lounges on the beach; distance to beach around 10 minutes in calm walking. During this travel we stayed in another two hotels too, trust me, for this price you can find more balanced offers - major questions are to the facilities.

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean. Our room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣 The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands. Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor. The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean. There’s restaurants and clubs around The view of the island is in front of the hotel They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime. We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat. The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave. We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating. Overall the experience was an 8/10. Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy! I’m very happy✨

Exceptional Stay at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa. From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Bay Resort and SpaI was truly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Check-in was seamless, and I was immediately made to feel at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that made my stay comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom was spotless with high-end toiletries, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking overlooking the pool. The housekeeping team went above and beyond, ensuring everything was pristine every day. They provided us the a “goodbye” treat on our last night. Dining at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa was a highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurants offered an impressive menu of delicious dishes, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was equally outstanding, with a variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The pool was clean and inviting.The concierge team was knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. Mandarin Bay truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and overall outstanding experience. I can’t wait to return! Very Nice hotel. Maganda, malinis at mabango ang room nila. Tapos, Lahat ng staff laging naka ngiti pag makakasalubong mo. Very accomodating sila. We are so happy na nagstay kami sa hotel na to. For sure, babalik kami dito. Thank you AZALEA! ❤️

Had a great experience at this hotel. Would book again. This location provides direct access to the beach available only to guests. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The guard at the entrance always helped us find a ride and advise us on what the normal al cost would be. The hotel pool is amazing, very clean, and with heated water open until late. Pool side bar offers decently priced drinks and food. Breakfast buffet offers good selections. Room is big and super clean. Beach towels are available for guests. Check in/out was quick and easy.

We had BIG TROUBLE in checking in. The app says 2:00pm But the standard time was actually 3:00 for boracay hotels Weve been staying to the lobby from 12:00nn to 3:00pm. Imagine the 3 hours waiting frame. We requested if we could have early checkin, they said they are cleaning the room everytime we ask them since 12nn. We waited 3 hours hearing the same thing “the cleaning is still ongoin”. It actually ruined our happy vacation. We were so stressful and its so inconvenient to argue with the lobby receptionist. It actually ruined our first day. Telling them that the cooking said we could checkin by 2:00pm. Everything feels so fucked up. The Trip.com even offered if we want to cancel the booking, imagine arriving in the hotel and my accomodation would mighht been cancelled. Imagine the possibility that we might look for other hotels to stay. But they gave us the room around 2:50 and told us we could late checkout by 2:00pm the other day. But, The Room was amazing and our private pool was amazing as well. Its even better than our hennan room. Altabriza offers more premium feel in terms of their room. The bed is nicer as well. I totally love the room after all the inconvenience. Might come back here because i totally like the room than hennan. The location is great its near with everything. The bfast buffet is just one of the saddest part of the hotel. So better save the money and dont book with breakfast. They just offer egg,rice and hotdog for mains. They could even just add even one premium food like tapa, corned beef or bacon. They should at least offer a proper breakfast. They have pancit bihon and soup. But it doesnt make sense to have bfast to a hotel with only that food. They have salad and bread, but still it doesnt feel any appetizing at all.

Good location mainroad across watsons , 5minutes from jollibee and dmall entrance. 7-10minutes from the beach. These are all by walking. Gym was good enough for a fullbody workout mixed dumbbells and machines. Swimming pool was decent, enough area not to be surrounded by everyone. Enough space to do a short laps. Center area had a bar and section for poolside massage.

Pros of this hotel: • The location is right on the beach. • The sky pool offers a fantastic ocean view. • The staff were friendly. • Breakfast is good. • The rooms are clean. Cons: • Upon check-in, you’re given a sheet of strict rules to follow during your stay. While some are understandable, others are quite ridiculous: no smoking on your private balcony, no outside food allowed, strict no visitors policy and drinks (including beer) must only be consumed in designated areas within the hotel. • The room furniture feels outdated and cheap, and the overall design is poor. • Both of the TVs in our rooms were defective. • Rooms closer to the ocean, as well as the sky pool, experience significant noise levels. • The music played throughout the hotel was awful, with the same playlist repeating every 20 minutes. At times, it was played so loudly that it disturbed our relaxation by the pool. • Construction work was happening all day on the lot next to the hotel, and no one excused or informed us of this before or during check-in. BTW: we stayed two nights in the deluxe room and two nights in the premier room. It’s just don’t worth the price difference! We found the deluxe room better in many ways! Overall: We left with a bad taste and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. At this price point, it’s just not worth it.
