Service was very good and very friendly, the breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, different kind of filipino dishes. The location is also very nice, beachfront hotel, the place is very clean, very new, and the Deluxe direct pool access is a must! Its very beautiful there, definitely will go back there again soon! Thank you for letting us feel very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Boracay. It is the only hotel on Boracay with a Mall within, which makes it so unique because everything you need is already there, and it is only a 3-minute walk going to the pristine white beachfront. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful. Great location, great service and good value for the money. Without a doubt, on our next visit, we will definitely book into this Hotel again. Highly recommended hotel to stay in the island. This hotel makes our vacation worth to remember.

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.

The location is so convenient. It is right beside Astoria, which is the pick-up point for water activities. Superb beachfront hotel at an affordable price, includes buffet breakfast, with BIG rooms and I mean its really spacious! with hot water, toiletries, hair dryer and towels. Service is superb! They also arranged our parasailing for only P1,600 per head, the lowest price I've known. The hotel has 3 floors. We booked 3 rooms. Airport transfer is P500 per head. This helped us a lot as our flight is at 8am. They also arranged our island hopping at P600/ head, where we also had cliff diving activity for P250 /head (this is upon our request). Overall, we had a great 4D/3N stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Amazing service. Thanks to Jonel, Charlie and Wals for helping us.

My family stayed at Ambassador in Paradise to celebrate my Dad's 85th birthday. It was our first visit to Boracay. The entire staff was incredibly warm, professional and efficient supporting my Dad's mobility issues. Their excellent service started with the airport transfer. Led by Victor, they helped my Dad walk to and from the van, the speed boat, then up to the lobby. We could not have gotten my Dad to the resort without their help. The room was super clean and well-appointed and the location of the resort on the beach was incredible. I'm an early riser and they had their buffet breakfast ready every morning with delicious Filipino breakfast favorites like Tocino, garlic fried rice, bangus and Silog. The evening entertainment was a huge bonus! My kids loved seeing the fire dancers and the local dancers doing the Tinikling. They also helped us book a private island hopping excursion. From the pick-up to the guide they provided, it was an unforgettable experience seeing the beaches and islands of Boracay. I definitely recommend Ambassador in Paradise for anyone traveling to Boracay.

The hotel is well equipped, everything you need is there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we also got an upgrade. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels brought, etc. The pool is also OK, but there is a small construction site at the front pool as the pool is being renovated and this can make it a bit noisy due to the construction work. A shuttle bus drove to station 2 every hour, the driver lets you out beforehand, which worked wonderfully. What we didn't like was the location, unfortunately. You have to walk a few meters to the beach, it's downhill :/ about 5 minutes to the beach. The breakfast wasn't that good either, almost no choice, so we didn't go there in the morning.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. The room rates are reasonable and represent good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near e-trike stations and within walking distance of many great restaurants. If you're interested in a land tour instead of island hopping, the staff can recommend an e-trike for you. The only thing I missed during my stay was having a massage. I didn't see any advertisements for massages in the reception area.

Best location-right across the quiet part of the beach with a long stretch of white sand shore. Within a reasonable distance from where all the partyinh happens and a stone’s throw away from the more relaxed/quiet part of the island. Everyone is very warm and accommodating-very attentive to each guest without being annoying. 10/10 would recommend and i’m already planning my next stay there!🌴

The location of the resort was phenomenal being a beach front resort. The palm and tropical trees peppered throughout the property is a great difference to the more ”hotel” condominium aesthetic that other resorts have. Its on the quieter side of the island but a nice walking distance to the other places at station 2. Very clean spaces. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The room is nice, staff is really kind and caring and willing to give tips about anything you ask them for. Very cheap price as well, so a great pick for a cheaper hotel in Station 1.
