Amazing stay, we also got a free room upgrade complementary from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and warm. The service is excellent and the location is great. There’s a private beach area right by the dining area allowing us to have a great meal with a great view. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Best location-right across the quiet part of the beach with a long stretch of white sand shore. Within a reasonable distance from where all the partyinh happens and a stone’s throw away from the more relaxed/quiet part of the island. Everyone is very warm and accommodating-very attentive to each guest without being annoying. 10/10 would recommend and i’m already planning my next stay there!🌴

The hotel is cute, the territory is beautiful, the sea is nearby, it is better to go to Divinid beach (there is a turtle swimming there, you can see it well in a mask), it is closer, in my opinion. You need to walk to the rest. There is a large market nearby - Robinson. They upgraded the room level for free - this is a plus, the room is cozy, a living room and a bedroom, but the hot water pressure is weak and you need to wait until it warms up. Breakfasts from the menu are delicious. The staff is friendly, they called a tuk-tuk to the port (inexpensive). Then I myself, everything is simple there: you pay the port fee, buy a ticket, it immediately with a tricycle to the airport. In total, the tuk-tuk cost 560 pesos.
On a residential street, that is, nearby local houses and a small cemetery - did not bother me at all)
Before this I was in Garden Paradise, and I don't even know where it is better. It is quieter and calmer here, but more modest, in terms of volumes

Fantastic location at station 1 and a good hotel. We would not class it as a five star hotel, more like a four star. We would not recommend the breakfasts, plenty of better places closer, it is not a buffet style and the food presentation can be poor. No hot water during our whole visit (warm at best).
The staff at times are friendly but not as good as other five star hotels that we have stopped in.
The spa treatments were very good, the gym was basic and had poor lighting.

The hotel offers quality service.Their family room is spacious. They also offer delectable foods in their restaurant located at the ground level.The staff are friendly and respectful and also the guard on duty.The white beach is just across the hotel.Overall we had a pleasant stay☺️☺️☺️

Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of sea****. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup.
One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We expected much more for such a price, which is not small for the Philippines. The breakfast is just awful - the choice of classic breakfast dishes is minimal - no croissants, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, sausages, ham, tomatoes. The waffles are dry, the omelet is overdried, the coffee is diluted so much that you can no longer taste it. Of the fruits, only unripe watermelon. For lunch, we tried to order food, but out of 4 items (fish and chips, mango sticky rice, chicken fingers, pineapple shake) there was nothing available. We wanted to personally convey feedback to the restaurant manager, but the manager said hello and said that he was really busy. Well, ok

The location is perfect. Close to White Beach and in the heart of it all. The rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast isn’t buffet style and you pre order the night before what you want which we found a bit odd. Lots of house rules do’s and don’ts and silly extra charges for beach towels/ replacement clean beach towels. But staff were very helpful and polite and made us feel welcome

We had a quite 1 night stay in Sur, we booked in this hotel mainly because of the location.
Beach front and accessible to beach of station 1.
We had room issues like, bidet is on the left side and very short one.
Room is big but missed to provide additional Drinking water and rag.
Bathroom is not well maintained as well,
Bed was ok.
We loved the welcome drink and buffet breakfast

I stayed here during my five-day, four-night solo trip to Boracay. I'm a sensitive sleeper, so I was looking for a quiet place, and this was the perfect place for me. I was able to enjoy a peaceful night without any distractions.
All the staff here were always cheerful and genuinely friendly. I was worried I might get bored traveling alone, but I was able to enjoy various activities and meals with the staff, making the trip enjoyable. Thanks to them, I didn't feel lonely.
Especially when I left my dirty white shirt with the staff, they cleaned it as if it were brand new. I'm so grateful for their thoughtful consideration and kindness.
If I ever visit Boracay again, I will definitely return here. I'm making truly wonderful memories.

Getting to and Around Boracay Island
Boracay Island is served by two main gateways: Caticlan Airport (Godofredo P. Ramos Airport), the closest at about 6 km from Caticlan Jetty Port, and Kalibo International Airport, around 70 km away.
From Caticlan Airport, it’s a short tricycle ride to the jetty port, followed by a 10–15 minute boat trip to Boracay. From Kalibo, expect a 1.5–2 hour van or bus ride to Caticlan before taking the boat.
Once on the island, the most common ways to get around are by e-trike (electric tricycle), walking along the beachfront paths, or hiring a motorbike. Most hotels can also arrange transfers from the airport to your accommodation.

DDania AngelaExcellent service! The staff in the hotel and the Pigout restaurant where breakfast is served are wonderful, they made us feel at ease and at home. Plated breakfast selections are good most especially the pancakes and french toast. We were lucky to have our room on the 5th floor where there is more natural light coming in the standard room, lower rooms have a window but a bit too close to the adjacent building making it a bit dark— it is what it is but service makes up for it :)

Situation right in the middle of station 1 and 2 and near the area for activity pick ups for island hopping.
Though there is no pool in the property, but why worry if your hotel is right in front of the beach.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating too.
Just one improvement needed perhaps, no lifts. So prepare to really come up and down by stairs if you are on upper levels. But no issues, we still enjoyed our stay.

MMaWe had a warm welcome with 🍹 drinks.The staff were very accomodating regardless the ethnicity.One of the nice and important thing about the staff walking around that caught our attention was they greet every visitor on their way, it makes us feel good first thing in the morning.The facilities are great very clean.They will lend you towel when you want to go to the beach,very convinient.Awesome buffet breakfast with ocean view.They even bother to call our transfer tour which I booked on different agency and make sure we will have no worries.If you some guests expect too much I think they should pay more because infairness in this resort,they’ve done a very good job!Go and experience this fantastic Two Seasons Resort!!!

GGuest UserWe stayed for 5 nights and the room was clean and the decor was beautiful. All of the staffs are nice especially in the breakfast area. Our room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed everyday as well. We will surely come back and they are all very welcoming with welcome drinks at the reception when we did the check in. Love this hotel. We are very happy ❤️

The best part of it is the staff...very nice,friendly and welcoming staff.The best I have ever encountered so far.Always greeting you with a nice smile and very helpful too.
The breakfast was super nice and freshly cooked for you and the restaurant itself serves really tasty and nice dishes.
Housekeeping was really good and the entire place is super clean.
I was greeted with a nice drink upon check in and was given 2 vouchers for 2 free drinks too to redeem at the hotel bar.
