We stayed in two rooms with three children. The girl at the reception offered to upgrade the room for a few kopecks👍🏼The rooms are clean, smell delicious, there are welcome sweets, all the staff are very kind and friendly. We would be happy to come back

it was fine, although no happy birthday greetings made as was requested but i guess you have to pay extra for that. also the bathroom sometimes doesn't drain well. i guess it was because we were in a higher floor.

I booked the family room for my family and me. The room was really good and near the swimming pool. It's really convenient to swimming. And they have good massage service beside the pool or room service. My family had a fantastic memory here
