The hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying "good morning sir" but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

Great hotel at the very end of the beach. Been to 3 decent hotels in Boracay, this is the best. If you want a quiet holiday relatively close to everything this is definitely your choice!

Literally the best for “relaxation”
Amazing landscaping and beautiful sea
Delicious restaurant, variety of room service
Quiet and calm atmosphere with few guests
The massage was cheap and I happily stayed here for 4 nights.
This is my 4th time in Boracay and this place is overwhelmingly good for the price.
I walked to White Beach.
20 minutes to Station 3, 30 minutes to Station 2, 35 minutes to Starbucks
I also got caught by a fairy
My restaurant pick is
Mango shake, mojito, fish and chips! lol

My favorite part of the entire trip to Long Beach was choosing this hotel. The hotel has only 27 suites. The sea view of the suite is great, the balcony is wide and can be used for parties and SPA. The room is very large and the bathroom is very large. There is also a back garden in the bathroom with great lighting. You can even lie in the bathtub and read a book. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it covers a variety of continental, American, British, and Filipino set meals. You can basically stay full until dinner. The hotel has direct access to the beach and beautiful scenery. There are canoes for free for guests staying in the hotel. There is beach security to ensure the safety of guests while playing in the water. The beach location does not belong to S1-S3, but you can walk all the way north from the hotel beach to S1. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from dmall, you must take it, otherwise the tutu from the hotel location will cost you 200 fixed price to charter the bus.

I have stayed here 4 times in total and every time I have great memories. It's just far away from Dmall, so it's not suitable if you're afraid of distance. I've stayed there 4 times in the past 10 years and there haven't been many changes. I feel like it should be updated.

The hotel was so beautiful that we decided to extend our reservation for two nights, one night in a villa with a swimming pool and one night without a swimming pool. The hotel directly upgraded us to a room with a swimming pool for two nights. The service staff are very friendly. The hardware is almost the same as that of Shangri-La, and it is much larger than the Xiang family room. The king of value for money.
