I swear I never smoked in the hotel room, but when I checked out, they forcibly ripped off 100,000 pesos because it smelled like cigarettes. I checked with the staff to see if there was any smell, but there was no smell at all. According to these staff, the reason for smoking was because we left cigarette packs in the trash can in the hotel room, but we didn't throw away the empty packs outside, so we just carried our trash with us and threw it in the trash can in the room. I completely ruined the end of my trip because of the absurd behavior of these staff members, and I'm so annoyed that I don't want to go there again.

our stay was incredible. very efficient staff. the hotel transfer amenities was worth it and very convenient. The access to the beach area was very safe and the location itself was close to great food finds and souvenirs. activities were also available at the hotel and you may book in advance. Value for money was excellent.

Whoever checked me in name starts with a Y was absolutely the best. She took care of me and I was an upset customer due to others checking in before me that I arrived before. She calmed me down and made sure everything was perfect.
I will say that the breakfast was lacking. I wish it was known prior to booking that breakfast was Korean and you are not capable of ordering anything else. Overall good stay just the breakfast situation was subpar.

수영장 수건 계속 교체해주어 너무 편했음
