Very cool hotel! Stayed for 8 days. The room was in the farthest building from the reception on the first floor, but in the end it turned out to be very convenient. Since that is where the exit to the beach and the beach street is located. The road from the room to the sea took no more than a minute. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach, which is very convenient. There are not many of them, but there were no problems with free sun loungers, something was always quickly freed up. We also really liked the breakfasts. I would say that there are a lot of very Korean dishes, but everything is delicious. There is always something to choose from. And the range of dishes changes a little every day.
For breakfast, you can order cappuccino or Americano from the coffee machine (2 mugs per room are included).

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with family in Boracay. Great location and cheaper room rates than other Hennan in Bora. However, during check in frontdesk informed us about the deposit policy, it was 5k per day (20k for 4 nights) if we use credit card, and double if we will use cash (40k deposit for 4 nights) it was confusing and didn’t make any sense.

There was no notice about not to use mosquito coils, but they said mosquito coils are like cigarettes and told us to pay a fine. The information desk employee's expression was rotten and they kept saying the same thing without any explanation. The soundproofing of the next room was not done at all either. I am very dissatisfied. The employees said that it was only our fault for asking us to pay a fine without providing proper instructions. At first, it was the hotel's fault for not providing any instructions at all, but when I said I didn't understand, the employee mentioned common sense and accused the guest of being ill-mannered. I will never go back to this incomprehensible system where you have to wait in line for breakfast like you are waiting for an amusement park ride. Please take note.

It's expensive but it's okay to stay at Henann, it's clean, and even if you only hang out at their resort and not at the beach, it's a solution because the place is clean and the food they serve at the breakfast buffet is delicious.
