No elevator, no front desk phone, only a sheet for bedding, inadequate AC, and a 6" step in the middle of the bathrom in black tile to trip over at. Parts are nice, its just not finished.

You only need to walk 50 meters to the secluded part of the Boracay beach. The area is great as the beach is not the typical highway of tourists and still quiet. The house itself isn’t completely new anymore but also not run down. But the mattresses and beds in the room with twin beds were horrible. We changed to a double room and it was okay. As you are right in the woods, it won’t get completely dry anywhere. Staff is nice but more the casual type. The place is clean and breakfast okay. All in all value for money but not more than average

This little hotel offers more than it tells you! It's clean, the staff are really helpful and the rooms are very generous in size, but as you step from the hotel and walk 50 yards, you arrive at one of Boracay's best beaches, and a choice of small bars offering you amazing food! As the sun starts to set people start arriving to watch it and the beach has a great vibe. From the hotel, follow the path to the left and walk along the coast path and you arrive at one of the world's best beaches, white powered sand and a good selection of bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a good selection for breakfast and is cooked fresh for you. I wouldn't change anything about this hotel, the location, staff, it's a nice little find.
