Good location, not too far from the beach. Wifi worked well. Didn't get road noise but the Aircon was loud and difficult to maintain a good temperature.

The property is outdated.
Needs new face.
Not so clean
Lights are not working
No blanket provided.
We just used the flat sheet to survive on most nights
But staff were so nice.
Very accessible
Walking distance to the beach.

The room is very clean, just enough size, own bathroom with hot shower. Room has aircon, tv, mini refrigerator, complimentary water/coffee, wifi. face mask upon request. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the activities and places to see in the island. Location is ideal. Very safe, accessible to transportation, near the beach and near restaurants, bank ATMs, convenient stores (7-eleven, mini-stop).

Grrat location, 5 min by walking from the beach, great restaurants, market and laundry near by

If you want the full Boracay experience at a more reasonable price, this is the location for you. The rooms are clean and modern. Bedding is very good. The beach is a 200-300 metre walk. The location is excellent as you are within walking distance from a lot of lovely restaurants and stores.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Philippines. It's perfect for a budget traveller. The location is right where you want to be close to the beach and the action. The staff were really friendly and helpful if I needed anything. The wifi was good and rooms very clean. Kettle and fridge in room was handy. Can't ask for more.
