Thus was my third prolongation...could go for a more centric hotel, but I opted for staying here i found the tranquility and comfort of the shuttle when wanting to hustle&bustle

Though the location are bit far from the center of Boracay but no worries they have their own beach. They have a pool where you can enjoy.Only concern it their shuttle it is limited only.

+ : very quiet and clean , the personnel is nice and when the weather is nice , there is a beach down the hotel .
There is a seven eleven near the hotel and two restaurants
Breakfast is not perfect but serves its purpose .
- : you have to take the bus or a tuktuk ( 300 pesos ) to go to the most popular white beach .
The hotel provides a tour operator near its entrance but the price are more expensive than why you’d find on the beach . If you plan to do any activities in boracay don’t go through the hotel . Negotiate directly at the white beach .
The restaurant is quite expensive and not so so tasty , count 700 pesos for any meal . I suggest you go to city mall , more choices and more affordable ( everything under 300 )
The room service is quite intrusive . They come around twelve to clean the room AND at 8 pm to put a paper on your bed with tomorrow weather ( absolutely useless ) if you care for privacy DO make sure you put the locket on no room service .
The shuttle they provide from caticlan to the hotel is expensive (1000 pesos ) and it’s the reason why payment has to be made in advance . Going by your own way will cost around 500 pesos .

This hotel is located in Newcoast Boracay. It's positioned in a quiet and picturesque place with a private beach. On a clear day it's nice to go to the beach and watch the sunrise. Despite being a bit secluded the hotel does provide free transportation to a popular area known as D Mall, every hour beginning from 10 am to 10 pm. The hotel is new, clean, the service is good, and guests have access to another hotel's swimming pool and gym, called Savoy.

A wonderful hotel with a great territory. The staff are just sweethearts, they will always help and do everything for your comfort. There are no crowds of people on the territory of the hotel, you really relax.

This is a new community with many hotels. It is actually very convenient and a real vacation space. You don’t have to go all the way to the city. It’s great here. I don’t like the noise. I really recommend staying in a hotel in this area before leaving. The hustle and bustle of the urban area is very well-equipped. There is a convenience store 7-11 here. If you want to make a big purchase, of course you still have to go to the city mall.
