Overall, I liked the stay. Clean, cozy, almost all the staff is very friendly, everything in the hotel is relatively new, there is a feeling that the new hotel was idle and deteriorated due to the peculiarities of the humid climate. Breakfast did not get boring after 6 days, it changes periodically, there are cheeses with mold, they prepare soups, I can not imagine Asia without soup for breakfast. At dinner there was live music every evening, despite the low occupancy of the restaurant.

The room facilities and hygiene are good, the hot water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and the bath towels are not replaced proactively, even if I put them on the cabinet outside. There is no basket for changing bath towels in the bathroom.

New hotel with great level of service. The location is a bit inconvenient and no beach service available, from hotel to the beach 4-5 minutes walking distance. Free transfers to Dmall are available. Very friendly personnel.

Great breakfasts, friendly staff, free towels for the beach and pool, a nearby hypermarket, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The ride from the port to the hotel takes only 15 minutes by tricycle. However, it was little bit disappointing that room service dinner wasn’t always available - some days, even basic pizza wasn’t an option.

We expected much more for such a price, which is not small for the Philippines. The breakfast is just awful - the choice of classic breakfast dishes is minimal - no croissants, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, sausages, ham, tomatoes. The waffles are dry, the omelet is overdried, the coffee is diluted so much that you can no longer taste it. Of the fruits, only unripe watermelon. For lunch, we tried to order food, but out of 4 items (fish and chips, mango sticky rice, chicken fingers, pineapple shake) there was nothing available. We wanted to personally convey feedback to the restaurant manager, but the manager said hello and said that he was really busy. Well, ok
