Just arrived at the hotel in Xi'an, I climbed two floors of stairs, checked in, climbed another floor, and took the elevator on the third floor. There was a problem with the door of the room assigned to us, and it kept alarming. I pushed it with my hands, but it didn't work; I carried it on my shoulders, but it still sounded; I finally used my feet, but it still sounded stubbornly. The store owner didn't have any intention of solving the problem, so I left angrily, but the store owner didn't refund us. Later, through communication with the Ctrip platform, the platform refunded us, and the matter was settled.
I just suggest that people with children should not stay there, as it is inconvenient to go up and down the stairs; as for other tourists, everyone has their own opinions, but I don't recommend staying there based on my personal feelings.

No bellboy service, penthouse room not good interior, very bad breakfast and cheap foods, unhelpful staff particularly the guard. Won’t be back.

The hotel, I would say, is average, stayed for 5 nights, the first 2 days there was no hot water, the first time they fixed the problem in 10 minutes, the second day we had to wait until the evening, water was dripping from the air conditioner, when we checked in the TV was working, the staff replaced the console, then it worked. Breakfasts are very modest, some of the dishes were always empty and we had to wait to eat something, I can recommend it only for unpretentious tourists

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we were placed on the 5th floor shockingly knowing that the elevator is not working so we had to go up and down every single time we go out. The room was good. Wifi was horrible as well on the 5th foor. The tv is extremely small and a bit blurred. The pool was really nice though. It was on the rooftop and it had nice warm water. So many rooms for improvement but all in all it was okay.

Cute little hotel. Perfect location, near the beach and the staff are super friendly. You will need to ask them to clean your room if you want it cleaned because this isn’t done often.
