The whole family was very satisfied with the great location and the hospitality of the staff!
They always greeted us with a smile and a greeting, which made us feel very comfortable!

Excellent staff. Joms was very helpful. Right on Dmall which is a great location. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping, staff at the restaurant. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend Feliz!

Nice hotel with nice decor. Friendly staff, tasty breakfasts (the best black coffee I have had on the island). 100 meters to the beach, but the hotel format does not imply that you will come in wet swimming trunks and sand :)

Situated on the main entertainment street, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is 100 m from the sea. Fast Wi-Fi. Very stylish hotel. Keep in mind that 70% of the rooms are inward facing, only one side faces the street in front of the hotel.

The location and service are very good. We contacted the airport pick-up service. Overall it is good and close to the beach. The towels and sheets are old in color. I can recommend it to my friends. It is only a few hundred meters away from the beach.

Let me talk about the advantages first: high cost performance! I like the overall style of the hotel! The room is large and clean! The bed is 1.5 meters long. We stayed with two adults and two children without any pressure and lived very comfortably! There is no odor in the room! The bathroom is also very large! There is a bathtub (convenient for washing swimsuits) and a clothesline above the bathtub! The service attitude is very good! The location is excellent! It is in Dmall, 1 minute away from the beach, and it is very convenient to go anywhere! It is convenient for eating, drinking and having fun!
The disadvantages are: the room has no view and is very noisy! On one side is the restaurant downstairs, and on the other side is a whole wall of air conditioner units facing another hotel! I was woken up by the air conditioner unit on the first morning, but I got used to it in the next few days! And the breakfast is really hard to describe!
Overall: I am willing to stay next time!
