The suite room was very nice.
It was clean.
It's common overseas, but
I wanted to take a bath, but the water got lukewarm halfway through.
It would have been better if the breakfast had been a buffet.

The hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

The pitchers were much more beautiful than the place no breakfast buffet set menu. If you wanted anything other than coffee or tea you had to pay for it, but breakfast was supposed to be included with your room. Very poor choices

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we were forced to leave due to terrible service.
Firstly, our room was not cleaned throughout the entire day. We requested housekeeping at the front desk, and were told it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, the room still hadn’t been cleaned, even though it was around 2 PM when we had initially asked for the service. The housekeeping staff even lied to our faces, claiming they were calling the manager, but the manager never showed up. Resolving the issue took us a full hour.
The next day, we spoke to the hotel manager, and his attitude was appalling. He was extremely unfriendly and refused to listen to our complaints. By the end of the conversation, he started raising his voice and eventually told us to leave the hotel.
This was the first time we’ve ever experienced such rude service, where the staff is unwilling to resolve issues, defends the mistakes of their team, and communicates with guests in an arrogant and aggressive manner. We did not expect this kind of treatment, and unfortunately, it led us to make the decision to leave the hotel.After speaking with the hotel manager, I requested to have my last night canceled. However, the manager stated that it was not his responsibility. Yet, on the TripCom platform, I was waiting for confirmation from the hotel management, which is clearly within their duties. They refused to cancel the last night, further escalating the conflict.
What was most frustrating was their complete unwillingness to listen to my reasoning and evidence. The manager continuously interrupted me, showing no interest in understanding my concerns.

The hotel is located near the S3 pier, which is convenient for island hopping and deep diving. There is a Breeze diving shop next to it with Chinese diving guides, which is quite good. The hotel is relatively new, the service is very good, the room facilities are also good, and there are 6 choices for breakfast, freshly made. The whole hotel is not big and there are not many entertainment facilities

We visited Ondus as a family last month. Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful, friendly, helpful staff! From the moment we made our reservation, the staff were eager to answer questions we had and make us feel well cared for. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Wonderful pool, love the balconies, the breakfast staff are pros! Shoutout to Dan! We also were so grateful for Harlie who met us at the airport and got us to the hotel and he also accompanied us on our way back to the airport! It was a wonderful experience!

Thank you for a nice accommodation!!! We enjoyed our vacation. ONDUS is a one of a kind hotel, facilities and amenities were super clean. And don’t forget about the delicious breakfast that they offer it is not a buffet style but we all prefer this kind of breakfast, we try all of the options for breakfast and it is all super yummy! We can’t forget that:) The front desk staff were all super helpful and amazing: Abe - he was the one that picked us up from the airport up to the hotel, this makes it more super comfortable that we don’t have to figure out everything he was just waiting for us. More staff to thank Harlie, Geljan, Jeffrey, Lee, Erica, Bhudz and Lance!!! Thank you all for making our trip memorable. We will definitely come back!!! Thank you again!
