We had a wonderful stay here at fairways! All staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The property was very spacious and they even have a big private beach. Our room was very clean and smells so good. The best part is the pool party where my kid had so much fun because of the bubbles! Also there are different restaurants to choose from. For me this hotel is underrated. It should be 5 stars!!!

This is my 2nd night stay and I loved it!
I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me.
Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made.
Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes.
The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort.
The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey.
I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze.
The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate.
All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

While my stay at this hotel had some positive aspects, a few notable issues detracted from the overall experience.
Upon arrival, I encountered persistent problems with the room’s card key system. After being issued two card keys, neither worked to unlock my room door, regardless of how they were used. When I returned to the front desk, I was told—incorrectly—that I must have deactivated the keys, even though they had been in my hand for less than two minutes. The staff reactivated the keys, but they still didn’t work. A housekeeping staff member attempted to assist me, confirming the keys were faulty and using their own master key to grant me access. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff seemed skeptical until they heard directly from housekeeping, which I found frustrating.
Additionally, the room’s sliding door had a noticeable gap that would not close properly. This became particularly problematic on a windy, stormy day, as the door rattled, pulled apart, and emitted a loud whistling noise. My initial request to have the door fixed resulted in housekeeping advising me to “press as hard as I could” or simply tolerate the gap. After enduring the noise for one night, I requested a room change, but the new room also had a gap in the sliding door. Again, I had to insist on a solution, which seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk staff.
That said, the dining and housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and professional. These teams clearly prioritize guest satisfaction, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the front desk service, particularly from one male staff member, left much to be desired.
In summary, while some areas of the hotel staff excelled, the front desk (specially the male reception member) team could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure guest concerns are addressed with care and urgency.

We recently had an overnight stay at Henan Regency Boracay, Station 2 and it was a nice experience.
Location:
The hotel is ideally located at Station 2 with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach
Check-In/Check-Out:
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I did experience a slight delay during check-in due to a room request initially located at the East Wing where construction is being made, but it wasn’t a major issue. They upgraded our room and placed us near the swimming pool and breakfast buffet area.
Room:
The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you’d expect, including a welcome home chocolate pieces, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern, with a large walk-in shower and bath tub. However, I did notice a bit of noise because we were at the ground floor, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Facilities:
The fitness center is well-equipped for a hotel gym, and spa for relaxation. Hotel kept the pool clean, hygienic and it looked inviting. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight with a variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly.
The hotel also boasts the singing and dancing chefs which gives entertainment to all guests
Service:
The service was generally excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions.
Cons:
While the hotel overall was excellent, the street noise in my room was a bit bothersome at times. Additionally, the prices for dining and drinks at the hotel were on the higher side, but that's expected at this level of accommodation.
Conclusion:
The Henan Regency Hotel offers great value for its location and amenities. I’d definitely consider staying here again, though I might request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

It was a very pleasant stay at Hennan Garden. They have direct access to the beach and even have their own lounge beach chair which is only exclusive to Hennan guests. The location is in Station 2 which is in the middle. Room towel and beach towel are separate. All pools are accessible. Staff are all very nice and even guide you how much you should pay for fare when going land tours. They also offer water activities at a fair price. Breakfast Buffet is great! Will definitely book again on this hotel.

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean.
Our room was cleaned everyday.
The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣
The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands.
Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor.
The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean.
There’s restaurants and clubs around
The view of the island is in front of the hotel
They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime.
We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat.
The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave.
We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating.
Overall the experience was an 8/10.
Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy!
I’m very happy✨

DDominique Concepcion DagangonTHANK YOU SO MUCH COAST! Our experience at Coast was the BEST! We are very impressed with the customer service and we’re treated as VVIP. Coast Boracay has beach butlers. They were very impressive and very approachable , they will set up beach mat exclusively for us when they knew we would go sunbathing, a water drink was offered when you go sunbathing and even if you’re in the pool they will set up a towel and a pillow if you want to stay in the pool they will give you a water drink, butlers were present the time we were at the beach, and we were surprised when butlers pampered us with bath towels after we went swimming. And also only hotel with free popcorn and ice cream during 2pm until 5pm unlimited you can get all of this during your stay at Coast. All I can say is BITIN and 4 nights sa Coast grabe! Now we can’t wait to go back again at Coast we will be back for sure. Truly amazing experiences we only had at Coast. COAST IS THE BEST!!!!
SSays_KatyThat's the end of our stay at this hotel in a suite.
Like it:
The hotel has a very beautiful and stylish interior.;
Amazing entrance group;
Large spacious room;
Bathroom in the room (minus information below);
Friendly staff;
Convenient transfer service;
Rooftop pool;
Nice towels;
A comfortable mattress.
I didn't like it:
•The welcome drinks were alcoholic only, they were different in the pictures, but in fact they turned out to be the same and not very tasty;
• It's very noisy outside the window until nightfall. You can't rest here during the day;
•There was a transformer room behind the wall of our room, and there was a lot of noise coming out of it at night. I had to sleep in earplugs to get enough sleep.
The luxurious bathroom in the room did not retain water when the drain pipe was plugged. The plug was leaking water and the tub could not be filled by more than 10 centimeters. I regretted that we took a more expensive room with a bathroom that could not be taken.;
Unfortunately, the floor is not cleaned during cleaning. It has been checked several times;
•Coffee capsules were available only on the first day, then I had to drink coffee only from tea bags. I don't understand why I should put the coffee machine on and not report the capsules. 2 capsules for the entire rest is extremely small … When asked to bring capsule coffee, it was brought to us in bags..
•We didn't like breakfast very much, as there was no porridge, little fruit, and no cheese for sandwiches. The omelet was always very unappetizing. There were no vegetables at all. None of this was very familiar to us. I didn't really want to eat rice for breakfast and eat it with meat in sauce. We understand that this is a common breakfast for the Philippines, but unfortunately it upset us that the hotel does not have a choice of breakfast for other nations, as such a breakfast is considered very heavy for us. .
• There are only 9 sun beds by the pool (this is extremely small for a hotel of 80 rooms, while the roof area allows you to put a little more);
I am writing about the disadvantages not so that you do not choose a hotel, but so that the hotel management improves the service, because the hotel itself is very beautiful. Many people should see it. I recommend it anyway. 🙂
RRain JCMy room was upgraded because the staff inspected the room I booked -before I checked in- had issues. Excellent location, that I really only bothered with a beach towel -the place lets you borrow one at no cost- and shades, and steps away I'm literally on the beach. Breakfast was very good for the silog fan. Still a top choice if and when I do decide to come back to Boracay.

Nestled in the heart of Boracay, the hotel is just a short walk from the famous White Beach. Its prime location offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife, while still providing a peaceful retreat.
**Accommodations:**
My room was beautifully designed, featuring a blend of modern comfort and traditional Filipino aesthetics. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
**Amenities:**
The hotel offers a lovely pool area surrounded by lush greenery, providing a tranquil escape. I also appreciated the complimentary beach towels, ice creams.
**Dining:**
The on-site restaurant served a delicious array of local and international dishes. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. I especially loved the fresh fruit and traditional Filipino breakfast items.
**Service:**
The staff at Mandarin Nest were outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations for activities and excursions.
**Overall Experience:**
My stay at Mandarin Nest Boracay was exceptional. The combination of comfort, service, and location made it a perfect choice for my vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Boracay, and I can’t wait to return!

MMemexxWe loved staying at this hotel, the customer service was great, upon arrival they welcomed us with glasses of juice, then we had free three sessions of massage, the resort is a five minute walk to the beach and atleast 20 minutes walk to puka beach, we had free breakfast and their menu is really great. I recommend you check it out
SStabackLocation is a little far out but you can get a transport walking a few minutes out. My only issue is with the garden suite bathtub, the reason why I chose this place. The water supply to the tub is not cleaned properly and has black sediments coming out. Informed multiple times and they did multiple round of cleaning but the issue still persists although it got better.
Staff are friendly and works fast to the requests.
Sound proofing is also lacking as with many hotels. Light sleepers will be awaken by the early breakfast crowd as the room is located beside the dining area.
SSAJISEIt exceeded our expectations when they gave us a pool view without knowing it but felt disappointed when we noted for a complimentary birthday set up and went to our room with nothing, even emailed them for it. Also their contact number is always busy and when it rings nobody answers the call. Still recommending it, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.
MMaria InmaculadaService was good, they cleaned my room every day (by request). Room service included 1 free bottle of water, instant coffee and tea. Also toiletries (soap, shampoo, tooth brush and toothpaste, body lotion, slippers). The also changed the towels and bed linen by request, as well as the pool towels.
The location is really good, right on the beach, the area (zone 3) is not as crowded as zone 1, but not secluded either, I thought it was an excellent location close to everything by walking distance.
The girls at reception were very friendly and staff were helpful and welcoming.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi (yay!).
When I got to the hotel on my first day the manager said I had been upgraded to a bigger room, and it had a wee balcony, it was nice, I was very happy about it.
The only thing I did not like was the noise, it was a bit too noisy for my taste, from the loud karaoke evenings that went on up until 10PM, to the banging hammering on the floor for a hotel repair every morning at 8AM, not to mention the fact that both staff and other guests seemed to be early birds and there was noise from 7AM every day. The management should take care of that, a beach resort is a place for resting and relax, it definitely should be quieter. I complained about super loud gustes one day and they took care of it, sure, but I should not have to complain every day at a hotel, it should be a given.
Another thing I did not like much was the fact that you have to pay one thousand pesos as a deposit in case you break/ stain something. Upon arrival, management makes you sign a form where they tell you that you'll pay a ridiculous amount of money for stained towels and bed linen. It is incredibly overpriced, way more than it would cost to buy new towels. You spend your stay at the hotel worrying about staining things, in case they make you pay. Luckily, I was super careful and I was alright.
All in all, I think that for me it was a good choice mainly because of the location and the competitive price, but if you're looking for a fancy resort, this is not your place, the bathroom had leaks and the floor was always flooded. Other than that, I would probably go back.
GGloria DivaHad an amazing Stay and Vacation in Boracay as this hotel that I booked is very convenient to Sunset, Dinners and Activities.
If I’ll visit Boracay again. I will surely rebook this hotel.
Staff are kind, place is convenient and very clean.
What you see is what you stay!
Kk.itoThis is my third time to Boracay. 2 nights from January 9th to 11th, 2024, Superior DX room, 1st floor poolside
Good point: Right in front of White Beach. D Mall (restaurants, souvenir shops) is also nearby. There is also a pool bar where smoking is allowed, so it is convenient for smokers to stay in a poolside room on the 1st floor.
The beach was crowded, but the pool was empty and comfortable. The room had two double beds, but it was comfortable enough.
Cons: I requested a shuttle service via Trip.com, but the person in charge kept telling me that they couldn't get in touch with the hotel, and as the time was getting close, I requested a shuttle service directly from the hotel website.
I sent an email but got no reply. In the end, we arrived at the airport without being able to confirm a hotel transfer from Caticlan Airport. As expected, there was no pick-up. Since this is not my first time, I will be provided with a pick-up service at the airport.
Arrive at the hotel you were looking for.
In the end, there was no contact from Trip.com's representatives (about 3 people) and they were left alone. When I called Trip.com at the airport, they said they would call the hotel right away, but they sent me an email saying they couldn't connect to the hotel.
I couldn't wait, so I looked for a shuttle service at the airport myself. Well, it's a common problem overseas, so I took care of it myself, but the airport transfer service fee was added to the bill when checking out of the hotel.
I was astonished at what had happened. Of course, I didn't negotiate and pay.
I requested the return transportation service from the hotel front desk the day before check-out, and it was comfortable and no problem. 650 pesos per adult. Transfer services can be booked online, and transportation to the port and airport, boat tickets, etc. can be booked online.
When considering purchasing, we recommend the shuttle service.
The shower room and drainage in the room are poor and overflows. The only towels I received were bath towels.I asked for additional towels, but there was no additional charge. Meals are average for breakfast and dinner.
There is no safety box in the room, and the door lock does not close properly.
I was unable to communicate with the hotel via email, and considering the price and location other than the shuttle service, even a methodical Japanese person could barely pass the exam. 3.5 stars
I cannot recommend it to those who want a neat hotel. Boracay's beaches are really beautiful, more beautiful than Cebu, Hawaii, and Guam, yet Japanese travel companies offer tours.
It's strange that it's not assembled.
