There are a lot of Chinese people. There is a big supermarket not far away. The food stalls inside have all kinds of delicious food, which is very convenient.

The hotel is new, clean and sanitary. You need to borrow a kettle from the front desk because one room has one and the other doesn't. The shower water is softened and very good for hair. I lost some things in the room and the cleaning guy helped me keep them. Thank you. The location is not very downtown, but close to the train station. Overall recommended.

Location: The hotel is located within walking distance from the Campanha Train station. However, if you are walking to the hotel please be noted that there is a uphill slope.
Ambience: The hotel has a relaxing vibe with a nice outdoor verandah at the lobby. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with drink.
Restaurant/Food: The food was amazing. Simple Portuguese food. The service was great too.
Staff: Counter staff was helpful and approachable.
Room: The room was clean and spacious with a view on the verandah. Basic amenities provided.
Highly recommended if you prefer a relaxing accommodation. enjoyed my stay here

The front desk staff of the hotel had a bad attitude towards Chinese people. We booked a twin room, but we were given a king-size bed room. When we got to the room, we saw that the twin room in the isolation room had just been cleaned up by the staff. We wanted to move to a twin room, but the front desk refused. We asked to change to a twin room the next day, but the front desk staff said no. We asked to check out but it was not allowed. We have stayed in many hotels and have never seen such service. In addition, the room is very close to the driveway and the noise is very loud.
