The unfortunate thing about this visit was that the bathroom walls are thin. I could clearly hear the conversation of the guests next door and also smell the smoke, which did not make a pleasant stay.

The staff where trying to tell me they couldn’t get me any water there where potentially ***** hairs in my bed there were stains on the towels and my bed sheets my carpet was also extremely damp and it just smelt damp in general. A women was extremely rude to my friend and they checked are Id every time we came in to the hotel as if they hadn’t seen it multiple times.

Decent hotel, worth the price  thanks again, had a decent clean stay can’t complain

Good location to an event at Bolton Wonders FC. Hotel is a bit tired and needs updating. Average room, was clean but tired decor and dated. Lovely clean towels and sheets, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly on arrival but no one about when we checked out. Didn’t have food so can’t comment on that. Would stay again for its convenience.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. Upon entering my room, I was struck by the chilly atmosphere—it was uncomfortably cold and lacked the warmth I expected. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust settling in the corners and surfaces that seemed to have been overlooked. To make matters worse, there was no soap in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient for basic hygiene. Additionally, the toilet was broken, adding to my frustration. The bed was far from comfortable, creating a restless night rather than the restful retreat I had hoped for. Overall, this stay was far from satisfactory.

Good customer service, nice view, very clean beddings and room was spotless

this is amazing, i stayed here with my friend. he said he liked me and hugged me from behind. i can't believe that night has passed. maybe i will come here again next weekend, it was so much fun with him

I'm a regular stayer...all staff no me...but this time there was a lady...eho was asking me to pay again....when I already paid via trip.com... there were other customers waiting...she had no idea of data protection...she said. The price of how much I paid online and she said room number out loud...haha...

Always friendly staff at the desk, easy efficient. Stay here quiet often never any problems

They would only need a little effort in my room to bring it to Premier Inn level, but it was a bit tatty in places. Definitely does the trick and was close to my meeting. I may well return.

Terrible room , dust everywhere , dirty finger prints on walls and mirrors , the carpet smelt of urine , I didn’t stay I left after 45 mins , tried to request a refund heard nothing back

Booked for two nights but finished my business early only stayed one night. Room was ok as was the hotel. Basic, does what it says on the tin. Bit more soap might have been helpful, but geographically it was fine. Comfortable, warm enough, not noisy. I’d use it again.

Great value basic accommodation it does the job, felt comfortable, rooms were clean. Exceeded my expectations in a way - compared to other Britannia hotels I’ve stayed in I would say this was by far the best. But knew what to expect. Large rooms with big bathrooms - easy to access best bit was the staff incredibly friendly helpful and welcoming - that made the extra difference. This isn’t ever going to be high end but great value for money - great service - would go back yes
