Few minutes walking to BolognaFiere, location is convenient for fair participants. Breakfast is good.

Walking distance to the entrance of BolognaFiere. There are buses in front of the entrance to city centre, Bologna Centrale Station.

Staff was very helpful but Toilet was not clean, looks like someone used it after cleaning.had to call the service to clean. There were also some shoeprints on the wall.

Our room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

2-3 km from the central station, but the hotel is very nice, The staff is very friendly specialy Ramy. Take bus 35 38 for the train station

Modern hotel, very comfortable to stay, 10 minutes away from Chinatown, convenient for eating. There is public transportation directly to the station nearby, very convenient, recommended to everyone

Facilities: Very new. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs is also very good. Hygiene: Clean. The toiletries are all complete except for the toothbrush and toothpaste. Environment: Very good. It is close to several bus stops. Service: Very good and friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options. Overall, I was very satisfied.
