Hotel National Bern Reviews

Got some bit marks and saw bed bugs on my bed and pillows the Hotel promised to clean the room immediately, but I still found few of Bed bugs on my bed on the following day/night. I hope the Hotel will manage to really clean the room seriously, so the other will not have the bad experience like me. Stay at this hotel many times, but this ia firat time I got this problem. I had lots of marks bit, red rash and getting worst with bigger area as seems I was allergic from these beg bugs bit marks.

This hotel is super convenient to go anywhere. Tramp/busses are nearby the hotel. One thing is that the room is quite small but the bathroom is big. Not enough space to put my luggage and i had to put them in the bathroom instead. They have vintage elevator too!

Very close to the train station, the hotel is very clean and provides transportation guidance. Bern is a German-speaking area There are too few choices for breakfast. When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was no toast, and there was no replenishment. Even the guests who came later did not have clean cups, and the waiter did not take any action. I feel that the service needs to be improved.

Wall too thin I heard my neighbor snoring all night. Window open in the room so full of mosquitoes and this morning at 8 a.m. woken up by the super loud sound of the theater. Horrible experience I will not return.

The service is first-class, friendly and helpful, but the noise of the trams in the surrounding environment is quite noisy, and the old elevators are a little thinner, and it is a bit troublesome to use.

The breakfast menu is a bit unpopular. There was no ham. Founded in 1908, there is an elevator that opens and closes the door manually, which I have only seen in movies, and I got on it with excitement. The interior has been refurbished and feels new. However, people who are concerned about noise should consider this because streetcars pass frequently. I didn't mind the noise because I was tired from the day after day.
