Bernalillo County Hotels with Bars

We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

The facility was clean, my family enjoyed the stay. The only down fall is you do have to pay extra to eat breakfast there and to use there wifi.

Overall it's pretty good, with 24-hour free Starbucks coffee, which is worth recommending.

The hotel decoration style is very good and very attentive, the room area is also relatively large, that is, I do not know how to distinguish the room type when booking, the room type feels in the annex building, looks like a motel from the outside, the window is the hotel parking lot, then the outside is high speed, a bit noisy , the room will be better in the main building

I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way.

Nice Holiday Inn in a good location. Had a two queen/sofa bed suite. The size was great. Microwave and refrigerator were good to have. Beds were comfortable. Maid service was a bit sketchy. The hotel is close to a major intersection so it can get a bit noisy but didn't really bother us. The front desk folks were very helpful. Anna was on duty when we checked in and she was extremely helpful.
