As my flight was delayed I couldn't make it to Berlin. I asked the hotel to let me stay another time and not just lose all the money but unfortunately they declined.
I wasn't even asking my money back just an option to come at another time.

This was our 6th time staying at Louisa's Place the last 10 years and as usual, we were greeted by a curteous and professional staff. As usual the large rooms are perfect for a family of 4. Last but not least the breakfast service is - as usual - great.
