Response from Property: Absolutely! You can get to the exhibition grounds in no time at all by public transport. And after a busy day at the fair, you can relax here with us or enjoy a bit of Berlin, e.g. with a stroll along Ku'damm ;-) Hopefully you will visit us again at ITB 2025!

These loud noises are really unusual and if we had found out during your stay, we would have looked into it. In fact, we no longer offer daily room cleaning. we have decided to do so as part of our sustainability strategy. we provide this information at check-in, apparently it was not clearly communicated. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and your information means a lot to us. We will address this with our team to ensure that our recommendations meet the highest standards and provide accurate information for all our guests.
