Quite neighborhood..Far from Berlin center..7stops away from Alexander play train station

Book at wrong month, even though discover and ask for change but rejected..No change no refund no discount on next booking.. Disappointed.

It’s a bit out down, it takes a little more time to come & back from centre. Howeve, room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good too.

Comfortable and satisfactory stay

The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel solved a booking problem very well, as the booking via Trip.com caused the problem that even though it was booked for 4 people, only a 2-bed room was booked. But that wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the booking platform's fault and the hotel did a great job of absorbing and solving it. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were large and clean. The view over the Spree was really nice. The location is good - the S-Bahn station and other public transport are within walking distance, but it is still quiet.
