I had a very satisfying stay here, with a rich breakfast and excellent service. Location: It's near Bergen Central Station, with moderate distances to major transportation and attractions. If you exit the north side gate of the central station, it's right in front of you. The south side of the station is for the airport light rail. It's about a ten-minute walk to the bus terminal, and only fifteen to twenty minutes on foot to the cruise port. All transportation is very convenient. Cleanliness: You generally don't need to worry about cleanliness in Nordic countries, and the room was very clean. However, please note that room cleaning is on request, and you need to inform the front desk a day in advance. Also, trash needs to be taken to the front desk yourself or you can ask them to clear it. A slight inconvenience. Environment: The room size was decent, much more comfortable than what you'd find in Japan. However, in October, the room temperature was a bit cold, and it rains a lot in Bergen, so I had to ask staff for an electric heater. (P.S.: The panel in the room is not for air conditioning or heating; it's just a temperature monitor). Also worth mentioning is the breakfast; it was incredibly abundant, and the variety was good. You could eat different things for two days without repetition. In Norway, this breakfast was the best meal I had every day 😂. If you're catching a flight, you can ask the kitchen to prepare a takeaway, but it's limited to one sandwich and one apple. Service: Very thoughtful and attentive. The front desk is 24/7 and they were very responsive to all requests. Full marks for service! Other: Downstairs from the hotel is a restaurant and bar, which seemed to be packed every night. Worth trying if you get the chance.

I stayed when I visited FLAM. First of all, regarding the location, it was very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from the FlAM train station. Next, about the sharing part, there are great antiques and interiors Also, there was about ５ room, so I was able to relax slowly. and the kitchen is free to use Tea can also be used free of charge. As for the bath and toilet, it was very clean and bright, and I was able to use it very safely. Finally, the room is equipped with a desk bed chair. The room was really cute and clean. Also, it was convenient because there was a washbasin in the room. It was a great inn that really didn't find any negative points. If you have to visit FLA M again, I would definitely like to stay. Comfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic. What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.

The location is excellent. Strolling around at sunrise and sunset offered pleasant surprises and was incredibly relaxing. It was lovely to see people casually jump into the sea for a swim, which added to the laid-back atmosphere. The fish market was bustling with people, but I opted not to join the crowds.

The room type is quite chaotic. We booked this kind of ~ there are two choices: just after the renovation, the taste is very big but there is no window/no smell, but there is a bathtub and no shower room. The location is very convenient, that is, there are often engineering cars parked downstairs for a few hours without turning off, a bit noisy.

The room was quite spacious, ideal for family trips. The design showed some thoughtful touches, and it appeared to have been recently renovated, with the sofa bed already made up. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 20 meters from the fish market and the pier, which is incredibly convenient. However, the bathroom design proved to be very impractical in use. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would flood, leaving my slippers floating, and the sink also drained very poorly.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from bergen central station. U can request late check out. Service is excellent. But queen bed a bit small for mother and daughter so if you are 2 adult, you should order king bed or family room

The location is so close to Bryggen, the UNESCO world heritage site, and there are many food options around in this area. Their breakfast was so delicious (especially salmon) and the room was clean and warm. I can highly recommend this hotel.
