Reception The service was average. The hotel did not arrange the services we requested. 1. Reserve the driver's room. Our driver waited at the hotel for about an hour and a half that day. The hotel did not have a room for our driver and in the end we asked our driver to rent a room outside. As for the hotel manager, he also shied away from responsibility. He said that he had not received any information and did not make immediate response. 2. It was our birthday and wedding anniversary. The hotel did not make any arrangements. The hotel manager only said that he had not received any information to shirk the responsibility. The responsibility is given to the third party. Fortunately, the staff at 360 Restaurant are kind and provide good service, especially Suranjith and Samira. When they learned about our birthday and wedding anniversary on the day of our stay, they specially sent us cakes and celebration surprises.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. The hotel is located near the ocean, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. After cleaning, my room was always decorated with flowers, it was very nice

Environment: Beautiful environment, facing the swimming pool and the beach. The sand on the beach is very fine, so you can go without shoes without worrying about the pain. Service: The cleaning staff is very enthusiastic. Every morning when I come back from playing, there are many fresh flowers on the bed and elephants and dogs made of towels, etc., which makes me feel relaxed immediately!

Our recent stay at NH Bentota Ceysands Resort was truly memorable. The resort was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The Wi-Fi worked smoothly throughout our stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the wonderful team at Café Bém – Shashi, the floor manager, ensured everything ran seamlessly with great attention to detail. Nissanka, Thisara, Bimindu, and Vinod all provided excellent service and made us feel warmly welcomed. We also want to extend our appreciation to Chef Himaya – her food was absolutely delicious! She went above and beyond with her creative and innovative solutions to satisfy all our food cravings. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and satisfying stay in Bentota. Can’t wait to return!

Extremely pathetic service at breakfast, under staffed with no training, dont even serve water unless you request many times. Room has ants, poor hygiene. Food is average. Staff lacks basic training on service, no coordination. Reception and restaurant staff is very rude. Boat service takes too much time to pick and drop. General Manager of the hotel doesn’t care about the feedback from guests even after meeting him personally and complaining about the incidents. This hotel should be downgraded to 2 star from 4 star.

I had a great 4 days stay at NH Ceysand Bentota. The property is beautiful, well maintained and near to beach. Multiple food options are available which made things easy for us. I would like to specially thank Sachindu at Cafe BEM for taking utmost care of us.

Nice and affordable hotel with good facilities. Can have sea/beach and the river side acrivites.. Food was ok. Rooms were clean. They have separate kids acrivites too.like face painting, cooking , treasure hunt etc where kids can enjoy too. Chathuri who is inchage was very nice and kind. Overall we had a great vacation.

Location Seaside Nature Pool‍♂️ Water sports Great location never thought this atmosphere calm relax and peaceful holiday.Weather stunning sun shine daily.Daily walk in the morning around the hotel feels like local nice Sandy beach and private road.I definitely come back .
