The receptionist Laura is charming, helpful, professional, and attentive. The hotel has wonderful views, the buffet is good. The location is in front of the Poniente beach, you walk everywhere, you forget about the car since it is pedestrian. It has entertainment for adults and children. Thanks to the director for the detail.

kamer 119, voor iemand die 2 weken blijft is er veel lawaai van de keuken, wasserij en werken op de parking. Het eten is heel povertjes voor een 4 sterren hotel .Vroeg ontbijt ??????? Vorige keer was alles heel lekker maar nu 6/10 Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Bedankt voor de fles cava voor mijn verjaardag.

En general nos pareció todo muy bien, los empleados, la habitación, el bufé, la situación junto a la playa. Destacaría la simpatía de los camareros del comedor, sin hacer.de menos a los del mostrador. Sin duda volveremos.

Had a very comfortable stay. Staff were helpful, room comfortable and food very good. Hotel is in a very pleasant location, with easy access to the old town. I find the library/reading room an attractive feature.

No lo recomiendo , he visto las camarerar limpiando las taza con el estropajo del WC.Aparte vi la governanta expunând o una camarera , es una verguenza lo que paza por eso hotel.Es una vergunza pahar tando dinero por ESA porque ria de limpieza las mampara , estan llena de moi😂😂😂

Have stayed here on many occasions and again had a wonderful time. The staff here are a credit to the RH Group. From the Housekeeping staff to Reception, Restaurant and bar staff you will find it hard to find a member of staff who is not polite, pleasant or happy. Special mention to Reception and Davis at the bar. The food was varied and well presented. The room was very comfortable and the Hotel was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be returning.

Satisfactorio en líneas generales. Siempre hay cosillas q se pueden mejorar pero en este caso no son destacables.
Limpieza: aceptable- buena.
Comedor: variedad de alimentos de calidad
Recepción: buen trato
Instalaciones: buen mantenimiento
Relación calidad-precio buena pero ilógica al mejorar el tipo de habitación

Second visit to this lovely place , everything was as we hoped for as we had not been for 5 years , great staff , entire hotel spotless , good food etc etc . We witnessed 2 technical faults , the first one was at about 7am the fire alarms going off getting everybody up nice and early !! False alarm , the second fault was the early morning call did not work for our day of departure although we set our phone to wake us up as well we rely on both to ensure that we are awake on time , this could have caused serious problems for others who depend on it and i feel that this could be checked daily for any faults . A couple of tips that we were not aware of , a lock for the room safe is 10 Euros depost refundable on leaving and pool towels are available from the spa area for 10 Euros each deposit also . A very nice touch is the fresh water available in the corridors on each floor , a bottle is provided in your room for filling but has a big cork top on it , the cork top will have been handled by many hands and could not possibly be cleaned which was a big worry for us so we didnt use the cork top . Overall we would still highly recommend booking this hotel, we are going to very soon .
