first rate service! The room is clean and tidy, but the aesthetics and facilities of the entire hotel can only be described as a three-star hotel. But it may be a four-star presence locally. But what I want to say is that I negotiated with 3 front desk staff, and I think the service level is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. The three front desk staff are all very professional! polite! Professionally trained personnel! But I also have to say that Ctrip’s customer service service is also very good, helping me communicate and coordinate on certain matters.

The hotel facilities are very new and the hotel cares about people. We informed the hotel in advance when booking that we were a family of 4 people and each person needed 1 set of bedding. When we checked in, the hotel had prepared and paved it for us in advance, which felt very warm. The bathroom is big and clean. The service at the front desk is also very attentive. The hotel is not far from Republic Square, about 7 to 8 minutes' walk. Although there is a famous bar street in Belgrade outside the hotel, which is very lively at night, the windows of the hotel are very soundproof and you can basically not hear the noise from outside. The hotel's value for money is quite high. Give it a thumbs up. Recommend this hotel!

It's a splendid, new hotel with relatively new equipment. Just be careful and it will hurt if you accidentally hit the corner of the bed. The sauna downstairs has wet and dry rooms and a swimming pool. You can also order champagne to be delivered. There is an extra charge for booking a massage. There is a charge for dinner and the presentation is good. There was no buffet when I went for breakfast. British breakfast and Serbian breakfast are available a la carte. There is also a la carte, and there is no charge for fruit juice and coffee. Remember to leave a message. I went there for my wedding anniversary and got the cake in the second picture as a gift ❤️ It’s very thoughtful. There are also welcome snacks in the room, macarons, which are also delicious 😋
