The family room duplex I booked is very suitable for me to live with two children. The cleaning staff has a good attitude and does things neatly. The location of the hotel is very good and it is close to the Republic Square and Dagong Street. There are many breakfast styles, delicious bread, and I don’t know if the cake is the same as his famous afternoon tea. It is also delicious but sweet. Since I had dessert every morning, I didn’t have afternoon tea specifically. The only problem is that the sound insulation between the upper and lower floors of the room is not very good. I can always hear the sound of furniture being moved for decoration, and it starts to make noises early in the morning before I wake up. . The bed and mattress may be a bit old, and it is very bumpy when turning over, but it is still very soft and comfortable to sleep. There is an ATM machine in the hotel, and the restaurant atmosphere is particularly good, especially the outdoor area, which is very lively. It was great to stay in the same hotel with my favorite Brad Pitt🌟

Very nice location. The girls in reception are very kind. The breakfast is very poor and of low quality. The coffee machine was not working, I asked them to bring a coffee from the bar and they asked extra payment although the machine was not working! Not helpful and indifferent staff in breakfast. My partners asked not to go that hotel again for the above reasons.

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

I have chosen to stay in this hotel after reading good reviews from other visitors and believe be they were right! It is a small city hotel with all you need, spacious rooms,very clean, good food and first of all nice employees whos are there always to help you in every problem which in my opinion is the most important thing in a hotel when you are a tourist! The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Avenue and Place de la République. However, the price-performance ratio of the room is not high, and the service staff's English is very poor. They charge all kinds of things because you are a foreigner. First of all, there are no slippers in the room. You go to the front desk and ask for them before they give them to you. The room only provides one bottle of water a day. The whole room is very small and compact, 2 stars worse than the nearby Hilton. The room price here is really not worth the money compared to its service and hardware. Secondly, we must remember that when we booked with Ctrip, the city construction tax was included, but when we left the hotel, the hotel charged the city construction tax for both of us. Moreover, Ctrip shows that the price for breakfast is more than 100 yuan, but the hotel here charges more than 20 euros for breakfast per person, which is different from Ctrip. But fortunately, Ctrip's customer service manager helped me solve the problem in time. Ctrip is still reliable when I go out in the future. The front desk of this hotel really feels like bullying foreigners.

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

Free bottled water is still in glass bottles. If you need an electric kettle, the service staff will send it over immediately. The TV has CCTV 4 Chinese International Europe. The bathroom is clean and toilet paper is placed easily. The carpet next to the bed was a bit stumbling, and when the lights were turned off at night, it was impossible to leave a small lamp on and it was completely dark. In short, the service and breakfast are five stars. My room is opposite the elevator. The room is small and dark overall. Not very cost effective.
