The location is not very good. Apart from being close to St. Mark's Basilica, you need to take a car to other places. Maybe it's because the Slavic people are not very enthusiastic by nature. The service staff are not very enthusiastic. The room is standard, but there is no USB plug, charging is not very convenient. The breakfast is good and very satisfied

The room is really a bit old and should be renovated and upgraded. The exterior looks quite grand. The hotel's own restaurant and bar has always been very popular and is full of people during the day and night. The hotel is very conveniently located, whether walking or using a car.

Excellent service from the front desk, clerk all the way to the staff at the cafeteria restaurant. It’s an older building that has been remodeled and very stylish facilities. The room is absolutely beautiful. I had the breakfast buffet, and it was very good. Lots of options to choose from.

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

Otherwise absolutely delightful experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Avenue and Place de la République. However, the price-performance ratio of the room is not high, and the service staff's English is very poor. They charge all kinds of things because you are a foreigner. First of all, there are no slippers in the room. You go to the front desk and ask for them before they give them to you. The room only provides one bottle of water a day. The whole room is very small and compact, 2 stars worse than the nearby Hilton. The room price here is really not worth the money compared to its service and hardware. Secondly, we must remember that when we booked with Ctrip, the city construction tax was included, but when we left the hotel, the hotel charged the city construction tax for both of us. Moreover, Ctrip shows that the price for breakfast is more than 100 yuan, but the hotel here charges more than 20 euros for breakfast per person, which is different from Ctrip. But fortunately, Ctrip's customer service manager helped me solve the problem in time. Ctrip is still reliable when I go out in the future. The front desk of this hotel really feels like bullying foreigners.

On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.

I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.
