We really enjoyed the accommodations. Comfortable and very clean. We loved the service and the speed with which they resolved our issues so we could have the best possible stay. An excellent location. Delicious, varied breakfast. We loved everything. The friendliness of all the staff was surprising. We will definitely return to stay.

I arrived at the hotel to check in. However, there was already someone else in the room where I was going to stay, so I spent 30 minutes at the reception waiting for a solution. After 30 minutes they put me in a different room to the one I had booked. And my special request was not met. I do not recommend this hotel, the Andrade docas chain.
