FFillipe OkadaThe hotel is very well located, the breakfast is good, but the room I had to stay needs maintenance, was with a dive in the bathroom, which was out of the bathroom, and a dive in the bathroom, making the floor wet all the time.

NNarleyson NettoGreat hotel. Excellent location, staff very attentive to customers. Great breakfast. I'll come back again. It's worth it!

MMariaLíviaThe hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.

EEster OliverVery comfortable and organized, super educated and requested staff, I thank you too, because I needed help with some personal issues and helped me with attention, also gave to realize care also with the room and bathroom, I found small 😅 but nothing that catches the routine, I found super comfortable and modern, clean and organized, quiet environment, excellent breakfast and well varied, my experience was great, sure I would like to return! Thank you all!! 🥰

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located, breakfast and very good. The only thing that bothers me a little is the air conditioning noise (I think very noisy) and I have already stayed in several rooms in the same hotel, and all are noisy.

JJeremy LeeeeI was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

LLucasA hotel in front of the city's highest natural quality, the river, with a beautiful view.
The pool is great for children and adults, but it is important to be watching or knowing to swim because it does not save lives.

GGuest UserI found the hotel with a good cost benefit, but I had a problem with the use of the safe, where it was not working, so I believe that before you give your room to the guest, everything must be checked. And they should be more capriching in cleaning.

GGuest UserDe forma geral tudo é bom!
Somente colchas de cama e toalhas antigas, atendimento ótimo, limpeza boa!
